Dusco Cracks Aces to Build Massive Lead

As the rest of the field was heading off on break, Stoyan Obreshkov bet 9,000 from the cutoff on a flop of K♣4♣J♦ before Alexandr Dusco raised to 37,000 in the big blind.

Obreshkov called to the 3♥ turn, where Dusco moved all in. Obreshkov quickly called for his last 80,000 and turned over A♣A♠, but Dusco had K♠4♠ for two pair.

The K♥ river improved Dusco to a full house and sent Obreshkov to the rail. "Sorry," Dusco told him on his way out.

"Don't worry. Good luck," Obreshkov replied.

The flop of 6♥8♣6♦ did indeed create some chop opportunities, but the board then finished out 4♣K♠ to keep Bayer ahead and to mark Smiljkovic's elimination with the money bubble looming.

The A♣A♦6♥ flop was a disaster for Bergutay as Fast made a full house. Bergutay was already getting up from his seat as the dealer exposed the 10♣ turn and A♠ river, sealing his elimination a few spots short of the money as Fast got back some of the chips he lost in his massive encounter earlier with Alexandr Dusco.

Anton Smirnov moved all in for 45,000 from the hijack, Soraya Estrada got her last 96,000 in from the small blind, and big blind Nikita Voznesensky had them both covered and at risk.

Estrada found herself trailing the kings of Smirnov and dominated by Voznesensky until the flop brought Q♠10♣Q♦, giving her trip queens.

The board ran out 6♠A♦ and Smirnov was sent to the rail, while Estrada doubled up off Voznesensky.

"Well, you asked for them," a tablemate told a giddy Estrada after the hand.

Dusco Gets Paid, Tamasauskas Does Not

Alexandr Dusco bet 32,000 from the button on a board of 6♦K♣A♦5♠ and Dietrich Fast called under the gun.

The river came the 8♠ and Dusco slid forward another bet of 150,000. Fast tanked for a few minutes before tossing in a chip to signify a call. Dusco then showed A♠K♦ for top two pair and Fast mucked.

At the same time at another table, a big pot was developing between Vladas Tamasauskas and Vadzim Godzdanker. Tamasauskas had bet 45,000 from the cutoff on a board of 6♥8♥5♣10♣ and Godzdanker called in the big blind.

The river was the 7♦ and Tamasauskas bet 130,000. Godzdanker, like Fast, spent several minutes in the tank but decided to fold.

El Sayed then moved all in for 81,000, sending Pinchuk deep into the tank. He thought about the decision for several minutes before mucking as El Sayed showed A♣9♠ before taking in the pot.

Miral checked on the flop and Elyashiv bet 10,000. Miral check-raised to 35,000 and Elyashiv responded with a three-bet to 100,000. Miral then four-bet jammed a stack of about 150,000 and Elyashiv quickly called.
