Boris Kolev opened the action from under the gun with a raise to 27,000. The action folded to Otto Lemke on the button who called and both blinds, Alexandre Le Vaillant and Mickael Robalo, followed suit.

The flop fell 5♦3♠7♦ and Le Vaillant was first to act. He took this opportunity to lead with an all-in bet worth 101,000. Big blind Robalo saved his final 70,000 chips and let his hand go before Kolev called. Lemke's cards joined the muck and the two remaining players had a showdown.

In a three-way pot with 233,000 in the middle on a board showing 7♣4♦2♦9♠, Stefan Dimitrov checked from under the gun to Ionut Decher in the cutoff, who checked as well. Adrian Chabbi tapped the table on the button and the trio saw the 3♣ river.

Dimitrov and Decher checked again and Chabbi cut out a bet of 145,000. Dimitrov went well in the tank, but after almost a minute put in the chips for a call. Decher quickly folded and Chabbi tabled J♦10♦ for jack-high and a missed flush draw. Dimitrov opened 9♣8♣ for top pair and scooped the pot to increase his large stack.

There was quite a bit of action on Table 9 as the under-the-gun player opened to 26,000 and the player in the next seat called. Herve Mary then three-bet jammed a stack of 106,000 from the next seat and a short stack to his immediate left tanked for about a minute before folding.

Next to act was Antonio Beatrice, who four-bet jammed a stack of 158,000. The next few players to act broke the pattern by folding quickly and the other two players in the hand also folded.

The flop fanned out A♦A♥2♦ and both players checked their options to the A♣ turn. Facquet checked again and Metaal bet out 13,000, which was called.

On the K♣ river Facquet checked a third time and Metaal took a moment before announcing all in for close to 90,000. Facquet tabled Q♠9♠ to show he was folding his queen-high.
