Samiyel Duzgun raised to 65,000 from under the gun and Walter Ripper moved all in for 310,000 in middle position. The action folded back to Duzgun who quickly called to put Ripper at risk.
Walter Ripper: A♥A♣
Samiyel Duzgun: 8♥8♦
The board ran out K♦4♠3♥Q♠9♣ and Ripper's aces held on for a double-up.
On the next hand, the action folded around to the blinds and Viliyan Petleshkov shoved all in for just over 500,000. Duzgun called with the bigger stack and the cards were tabled.
Petleshkov showed 5♠5♥ but was in trouble against the 9♠9♥ of Duzgun. Petelshkov was unable to find any help on the 4♠4♥2♦8♦10♣ board and was eliminated.

Lazar Bartha open-raised from the button to 60,000 and Liu Chun Keat responded with a three-bet to 200,000 from the small blind. Bartha went all in for 660,000 thereafter, and this worried Keat.
He spent some time in the tank, asking for a count, and eventually came up with a call to put Bartha at risk.
Lazar Bartha: A♥Q♥
Liu Chun Keat: K♠Q♣
Bartha had a good outlook for a double-up, but the flop of K♦J♠8♦ saw Keat take the lead. Bartha still had outs, however, as any ten would turn his hand into a straight. Two low cards completed the board, however, and the two players shared a fist bump before Bartha left the tournament.

Robert Spano jammed his remaining 440,000 chips in from the cutoff and Dinesh Alt requested a count in the big blind. Once he got the correct number, he made the call, and their cards were tabled.
Robert Spano: A♥9♥
Dinesh Alt: A♦J♠
The board brought some extra chop outs when it ran out A♠Q♠5♠K♦, but Alt made Broadway on the river 10♥. Spano left the table as he wished everyone left good luck.

Demosthenes Kiriopoulos opened to 65,000 in early position and Andrea Ruosi shipped all in for around 300,000 on his left. The action folded back to Kiriopoulos who quickly made the call.
Andrea Ruosi: 7♥2♣
Demosthenes Kiriopoulos: A♦Q♦
"You raise every hand so I thought I could get you to fold," explained Ruosi as he got funny looks from the table.
The board ran out A♥K♠8♥K♣J♣ and Kiriopoulos was able to hold without much of a sweat. "I just gave you a walk a few hands ago," laughed Kiriopoulos.

Sim Kok Wai and Paolo Boi were battling over a 150,000 pot. The flop was spread 4♣3♠3♦ and Wai had checked to Boi, who bet 50,000. Wai then raised it to 150,000, which elicited a tank from Boi.
When he emerged, he announced an all-in, covering Wai's 510,000 stack by a good margin. Wai snap called his opponent's three-bet, much to the dismay of Boi.
Sim Kok Wai: J♥3♥
Paolo Boi: A♦10♦
Wai flopped trips and Boi had nothing but a couple of backdoors. The turn 10♠ brought a tiny sweat for Wai, but the river K♥ remained clean and he took a huge double-up, sitting on over one million chips now.

Antonio Calabro opened to 50,000 from under the gun and Valon Olluri pushed in the last of his 250,000 chips in the hijack. The action folded back to Calabro who got a count before making the call.
Valon Olluri: 4♠4♣
Antonio Calabro: Q♠J♣
The flop came J♥3♦2♥ and Calabro picked up a pair of jacks to take the lead. The A♠ on the turn gave Olluri some extra outs but the 10♠ on the river was not one of them.
