Martine Guerrero opened to 11,000 in the cutoff and was called by Cristian Espineira Larrosa in the small blind. The flop came 6♦5♥3♣ and Larrosa check-called a bet of 16,000 from Guerrero.

The turn was the Q♣ and both players checked to the K♣ on the river. Larrosa led out with a bet of 33,000 and Guerrero jammed all in for 117,000. Larrosa called and the cards were tabled once the action was complete at all other tables.

Guerrero flipped over 8♣7♣ for a rivered flush while Larrosa could only muster K♦5♠ for two pair as he passed over a double.

Stephen Chidwick was forced all in from the big blind with just a single 1,000-chip and was at risk as action folded to Mauricio Salazar Sanchez in the small blind.

Chidwick was able to maintain the best hand for a very small double with ace-high as the board ran out A♥6♥Q♦K♣2♥.

The high-stakes crusher still only had half a big blind and therefore was once again forced all in from the small blind. Thomas Graupner opened to 9,000 from the hijack and Salazar Sanchez called on the button.

The flop of J♥5♣Q♥ checked through and the same action took place on the 2♥ turn. Both players checked again on the 5♦ river and Salazar Sanchez showed 8♥8♦ to win the pot as Graupner showed A♦K♣ and Chidwick showed A♠9♦ to mark his elimination on the soft money bubble.

Howard Wins a Flip On Money Bubble

With only two players remaining until the money bubble bursts, the action has significantly slowed down. Michael Howard was on a short stack and opened for 80,000 on the button, leaving only 6,000 behind. It folded to Gerald Karlic in the big blind who moved all in and Howard eventually put in his remaining chips to be the player at risk.

Hulme Gets Fortunate Runout Against Amsellem

In a heads-up pot with close to 80,000 in the middle on a board showing A♥Q♥9♦J♠, Andrew Hulme checked from the small blind to Jacob Amsellem in the hijack who bet out 49,000. Hulme made the call and the pair saw the 10♠ river.

Hulme elected to lead out for 40,000 and Amsellem went deep in the tank. After close to two minutes of thought, Amsellem tossed in a chip for the call and was shown the bad news when Hulme confidently tabled A♦K♦ for the rivered nut-straight.

Amsellem tossed his cards face-up to the dealer to show he had Q♣Q♦ for a flopped set as Hulme collected the sizable pot.

Grieco checked to Sammartino who continued with a bet of 15,000 and Grieco quickly called. The turn was the 6♣ and Grieco checked again. Sammartino put together a bet of 42,000 which made Grieco think a bit this time before sending his cards to the muck.
