Triple Up for Jacobson

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

On a completed board of {j-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Hearts}, Martin Jacobson moved all-in for the last 16,000 and was called by table big stack Massou Cohen, Alexander van der Swaluw also called. Jacobson tabled the {8-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for the bottom end of the straight, which was good enough for a triple up.

Cohen's {a-Spades}{9-Hearts} and the {10-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} of van der Swaluw couldn't beat the former WSOP Main Event champion.

Casimir Seire was spotted on his way out and the cards of the Finnish online poker pro were already in the muck. Gary Hasson raked in the pot as he had flopped the nuts with {a-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} on a board of {q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{2-Clubs}.

One table over, Ludovic Periaux was in the tank with some 58,000 behind on the {q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{a-Clubs} river. Ionut-Flavius Voinea had moved all-in and the clock was called on Periaux, who eventually called with the {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}. Voinea tabled the {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds} for the same two pair and they chopped.
