Schultz-Pedersen Further Increases Stack

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Johan Schultz-Pedersen was involved in a heads-up pot against Michael Rodrigues and earned a boost to his already impressive stack when he got pair off for 425,000 on the {a-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Diamonds} river. Schultz-Pedersen tabled the {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for a set and Rodrigues mucked.

Manig Loeser limped out of the small blind in the next hand and Schultz-Pedersen raised to 105,000 in the big blind for Loeser to call. The {5-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{3-Hearts} flop was checked by Loeser, who then folded to another bet by Schultz-Pedersen.

Brink Bests Lodge

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Frederik Brink
Frederik Brink

Frederik Brink raised to 60,000 under the gun and was three-bet by Harry Lodge to 170,000 from the hijack. Brink called and the duo saw a flop of {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}.

Brink check-called a bet of 125,000 from Lodge and the players then saw the {a-Diamonds} turn which they both checked.

On the {9-Diamonds} river, Brink led out for 370,000 which had Lodge digging into his time bank cards.

After using a pair of extensions, Lodge chose to call. Brink showed {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs} for aces and sevens with a king kicker.

Lodge mucked his hand, sending a healthy pot across the table to Brink.

Wilf Adds More Chips

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Manig Loeser raised to 60,000 and was called by Johan Schultz-Pedersen from one seat over in the cutoff, Saar Wilf on the button then three-bet to 210,000. The initial raiser folded and Schultz-Pedersen called.

Heads-up to the {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, Schultz-Pedersen checked and Wilf's bet of 130,000 won the pot.

One hand later, Florent Estegassy was in the big blind as the shortest stack on the table. It folded to Timo Kamphues in the small blind and the Frenchman joked "fold?!" to his neighbour. Kamphues moved all-in, and Estegassy checked his cards before sending them into the muck with a visible sigh.

"Eight three off, I can't ..." he mentioned in French.
