Lococo Versus Tocci Round Two

Alejandro Lococo limped the small blind and Michele Tocci checked his option in the big blind.

On the A♥K♦10♥ flop, Lococo led for 120,000 and Tocci quickly put in the call.

The turn brought the 7♠. Lococo led again for 300,000 and Tocci deliberated for a moment before he stuck in the call.

The 6♣ came on the river and Lococo led once again, this time for 1,100,000. Tocci tanked for around two minutes before he put in the call. Lococo confidently tabled A♠6♦ for two pair which was good to drag another pot off of Tocci who was left short after the hand.

Baltateanu Collects With King-High

Ren Lin opened to 240,000 from under the gun and found one caller in Silviu Baltateanu in the small blind.

Baltateanu check-called a 150,000 bet from Lin on the 3♣5♠10♣ flop and a 650,000 bet from Lin on the J♥ turn.

Baltateanu checked a final time on the 4♣ river and Lin thought for some time before deciding to check back. Baltateanu tabled K♠Q♠ and Lin said, "Wow," as he turned over K♦7♦.

"I thought you had ace-jack," Lin said as Baltateanu was sent the pot.

Yurii Zabrodotskyi opened in early position and Johannes Verhagen defended the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of A♥5♠4♥, and Verhagen check-called a bet of 150,000.

When the Q♣ fell on the turn, Verhagen check-called another bet of 650,000.

The Q♦ paired the board on the river, and Verhagen checked for a final time before Zabrodotskyi pushed a stack across the line as he announced all-in. That was enough to earn the pot as Verhagen pushed his cards into the muck.

Michele Tocci shoved for his last 1,300,000 first-to-act and was called by Claudio Di Giacomo in the hijack. Everyone else folded and hands were revealed.

The 6♠4♦5♦ flop gave Di Giacomo additional outs to a flush, which came in after the 3♦ fell on the turn to leave Tocci drawing dead.

An irrelevant 2♥ completed the board and Di Giacomo was sent the rest of Tocci's chips.

When the J♦7♥8♠ flop hit the felt, both players checked to see the 5♣ turn. Lococo checked once more and called a bet of 350,000 from Di Giacomo.

The 3♣ completed the board, and Lococo check-called another bet of 1,050,000. Di Giacomo rolled Q♣J♣ for top pair, and Lococo mucked his hand.

Lin had the lead, but the 5♣9♠Q♠10♣8♦ runout paired Persson's eight on the river to award him the double up.

Lin, on the other hand, has had a rough level, having lost about half his stack since the last break.

Madar Flops a Straight to Bust Butuc

Kevin Madar raised to 350,000 from the small blind and Gheorghe Butuc called in the big blind.

On the 5♦4♥2♣ flop, Madar made a continuation bet and Butuc responded with an all-in raise for 1,750,000 and Madar snapped it off.
