Schwippert Cracks Savenkov's Aces
Level 18
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Jan Eric Schwippert opened to 16,000 with A♥K♥ from under the gun and Aleksei Savenkov three-bet to 52,000 with A♦A♣. Schwippert called.
The 6♦10♣5♥ flop got a check from both players, taking them to a 3♥ turn, which brought a flush draw for Schwippert. Both players checked again, and the river was the 4♥, which completed the flush for Schwippert.
Schwippert bet 27,000 and Savenkov called. Savenkov quickly mucked his aces after seeing Schwippert had gotten there with the flush.
