Van de Steeg Straigthens Out Ferhaoui to Double

Luis Miguel Gutierrez checked from the big blind on the 99J. Ramon Fernandez bet 1,100 in middle position. Miroslav Alilovic called in the cutoff. Gutierrez folded and Fernandez went to muck his cards before realising Alilovic made the call.

Picking up action on a flop of 852, Timur Margolin checked his big blind to Attila Ivacson in the cutoff who bet 1,200.

Margolin came back with a check-raise to 4,300, which was called by Ivacson.

On the 6 turn, Margolin fired again, this time for 5,800. Ivacson called and the A completed the board.

Margolin loaded up a bet of 15,000 and slid it forward, which gave Ivacson some momentary pause, but he made the call.

Margolin showed 107 for a missed straight draw on the turn. Ivacson showed that he actually had the straight, turning over 97 to take the sizeable pot.

Szopinski Gives Lin a Tricky Decision

David Coleman opened to 1,300 from the hijack and Ren Lin made a small three-bet to 2,500 in the hijack. Dawid Szopinski then four-bet from the big blind to 5,600, and only Lin called.

The flop fell 5210 and Szopinski continued for 4,200, which Lin called.

An 8 on the turn saw Szopinski quickly move all in for 13,400, then Lin started to think out loud.

"This will be a very tight laydown, very tight," were just some of the words Lin spoke out loud. Eventually, Lin decided to fold and Szopinski raked in the pot.
