Heads-up on a flop of 2109, Sam Greenwood bet 5,500 from the button and Tjenno Eskes called in the small blind.

Both players checked the 4 turn. The river was the 3 and Greenwood pushed forward a bet of 32,000, leaving himself just 600 behind.

Eskes tanked for a few minutes until releasing his hand as Greenwood took the pot. "Were you thinking about making a big call?" Greenwood asked.

"Big call. That's why I usually don't think at all," Eskes replied.

Renan Meneguetti open-raised from late position and Mehdi Hadj Rabah was all in from the button for 19,500. Meneguetti called with the bigger stack and players flipped their cards.

The board ran out 107426 and Rabah had already stood up to leave before he made a set of sixes on the river to get ahead. He won the pot and doubled his stack, leaving Meneguetti short.

Action folded around to Erlend Melsom who opened to 2,500 from the hijack. Jakup Breckmann was the only caller from the cutoff.

Melsom check-called a 2,500 bet on the 4J5 flop before both players checked the 10. Melsom checked again on the 3 river, Breckmann fired a bet of 6,000 and Melsom folded.

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Andrei Spataru raised to 2,500 in early position, Michel Karim three-bet to 6,500 in the hijack, and Spataru called.

The flop came KJ3 and Karim continued for 5,500. Spataru called and the J fell on the turn. Spataru then led out for 9,000 and Karim called.

The river was the 7 and Spataru announced all in. Karim had around 40,000 remaining and tanked for several minutes before eventually getting rid of his hand as Spataru took down the pot.

Elias Gutierrez opened to 2,500 from early position. Action folded around to Jacques Der Megreditchian who called on the button. Dennis Schrijvers defended the big blind.

Schrijvers checked the Q46 flop to Gutierrez who bet 3,000. Megreditchian called and Schrijvers folded. The 9 turn was checked around and Gutierrez checked again on the 5 river. Megreditchian bet 5,500 and Gutierrez folded.

Andrew Chen raised to 2,400 from early position and picked up a two callers before Gonzalo Gottlieb three-bet to 13,000 from the button. Chen moved all in for 19,000 and Gottlieb called. Players flipped their cards, with Chen at risk.

The board ran out 6536Q and Gottlieb spiked a five on the flop to make trips, cracking Chen's aces and sending him to the rail.

Alejandro Ganivet raised to 2,400 from the hijack and was called by Riccardo Saraniero in the cutoff.

The duo saw a flop of A86 and Ganivet continued for 1,700. Saraniero quickly called.

The turn brought the 5 and Ganivet checked. Saraniero took the opportunity to take over the betting lead and made it 4,000 to go. Ganivet called and then checked again on the 10 river. Saraniero checked back and Ganivet revealed KK, which was the winner as Saraniero mucked his hand.

Imad Derwiche opened from the cutoff. Xiaohui Tan moved all in and had a similar-sized stack to Derwiche.

"If I fold will you show?" asked Derwiche.

"No" replied Tan.

Derwiche continued to try to gain information, adding "You want me to call? I have a small pocket pair." Tan kept quiet.

Eventually Derwiche opeen-folded 66. "Can I see one?" he asked. Tan obliged. Derwiche picked the K and the pot went Tan's way.

Zaur Zulfiyev bet 3,000 from middle position on a board of 4J5K and Jamil Wakil raised to 15,000 in the hijack. Zulfiyev called and they saw the 5 fall on the river.

Wakil then bet 19,000 and Zulfiyev again called. Wakil showed Q9 for a bluff and Zulfiyev turned over QJ for two pair to win the pot.

"That's why I don't try to bluff him," tablemate Jon Gisler said.

"You never believe, but you believed me when I had three kings," Govert Metaal added.
