On the Q♣9♣5♥ flop, Di Meglio check-called versus a bet of 6,500 from Song.

The K♥ turn followed the same pattern, this time in respect of a 15,000 bet from Song.

On the 5♦ river, Song sized up when checked to him, firing out a bet of 55,000. After around 90 seconds of thought, Di Meglio sent his hand into the muck.

Masashi Oya had opened the cutoff and Jianwei Lin three-bet from the small blind before Oya four-bet to 33,000. Lin called.

They went to a flop of 7♠6♦Q♥ where Lin check-called a bet of 18,000 from Oya to the 4♦ turn, which went check-check.

A 10♣ dropped on the river and Lin fired 35,000, leaving himself around 40,000 behind. Oya then shoved, which sent Lin deep into the tank. After using all five of his time-bank cards, Lin eventually tossed in the call, which left him at risk.

Oya flipped 9♣8♦ for the nut straight, and Lin was forced to show he made the call with K♥Q♣ for top pair, which meant he was eliminated.
