Derk van Luijk opened J♦10♣ to 450,000 from the button. Jovan Kenjic jammed for 4,250,000 with K♥Q♦, folding out Pastore in the big blind. Van Luijk quickly folded when the action was back on him.
Jonathan Pastore limped in from the small blind with J♥9♣ and folded when Niclas Thum moved all in with A♦5♣.
Pastore then looked down at 10♠10♥ on the button, and made it 400,000 from his short stack. Thumm and Boris Angelov returned their cards to the dealer from the blinds.
Derk van Luijk opened to 450,000 with K♠4♣ from the small blind. Jovan Kenjic defended with K♦5♥, which made trips on the A♣5♦5♣ flop. Van Luijk then check-called for 350,000.
The 9♠ turn left Van Luijk drawing dead, and he check-folded to a bet of 600,000 after giving it some thought.
Boris Angelov raised to 450,000 in early position and only Derk van Luijk called on the button.
Both players checked the A♠Q♣2♣ flop. The turn was the 6♥ and Angelov resumed betting with 450,000.
Van Luijk called to see the 7♦ river, where Angelov sized up his bet to 1,200,000. Van Luijk quickly folded K♠J♦ for a missed straight draw and Angelov took the pot with A♦10♥.
Action folded to Boris Angelov who limped in from the small blind. Rania Nasreddine checked back in the big blind.
The flop came K♥K♠9♥ and both players checked to the 5♥ turn. Angelov then bet 300,000 and Nasreddine called.
The river was the 5♠ and Angelov bet 1,200,000. Nasreddine called with 8♦5♣ for a full house, but Angelov had K♦3♥ for a bigger full house to win the big pot and move back atop the leaderboard.
Jonathan Pastore was in early position and used up a time bank before choosing to fold his 4♥4♣.
Niclas Thumm then made a virtual all in, raising to 2,000,000, leaving him with 825,000 behind. Angelov called from the button before the blinds got out of the way.
On the A♣A♦Q♣ flop, Thumm chucked in a time bank before checking. Thumm then snap-called for the remainder of his chips after Angelov bet 1,000,000.
