Philipp Wenzelburger three-bet to 430,000 from the small blind. Thumm then clicked to 1,250,000 and was called.

With 2,620,000 in the pot, Wenzelburger shoved as the big stack on the J♥Q♦3♦ flop and Thumm called off the 1,520,000 he had behind.

Jonathan Guedes raised to 120,000 in the cutoff and Rania Nasreddine called in the big blind.

Guedes bet another 90,000 on the A♦8♥4♦ flop and Nasreddine again called.

The turn was the Q♥ and Guedes bet 325,000. Nasreddine called once more and the 7♣ fell on the river.

Nasreddine then led out for 450,000. Guedes used up two time banks before announcing he was all in, covering Nasreddine's remaining 2,340,000.

It was Nasreddine's turn to go deep into the tank, also burning through several time banks. She eventually folded 9♦8♣, and Guedes turned over J♠5♠ for a bluff and ran over to celebrate with his rail as he raked in the pot.

Wenzelburger check-called bets of 180,000 and 580,000 on the flop and turn for the final board to read 5♠3♠9♦3♥K♣.

Wenzelburger checked and Mateos fired a third barrel of 1,785,000, which left the Spaniard with 60,000 behind.

Wenzelburger counted out his stack, which covered Mateos, and he called to set up the 5,420,000 pot.

Mateos could only show jack-high with his J♠10♥, and Wenzelburger had made the massive call with 9♠7♠, which was good for just a pair of nines.
