Santhosh Suvarna
Santhosh Suvarna

Tamas Adamszki raised to 60,000 in middle position and [Removed:554] called in middle position, as did small blind Niklas Astedt. Santhosh Suvarna already had most of his stack in the middle from the big blind and called off the rest of his chips.

The flop came 5J3 and action checked to [Removed:555] who bet 40,000. Astedt called, while Adamszki then raised to 230,000. [Removed:555] folded and Astedt tanked for a minute before announcing all in. Adamszki snap-called for 590,000.

Santhosh Suvarna: K10
Tamas Adamszki: JJ
Niklas Astedt: AQ

Adamszki showed top set and needed to hold on against Astedt's nut flush draw. The 8 turn was safe, while Adamszki let out a big sigh of relief once the 7 completed the board. He doubled up into the chip lead, while Suvarna was sent to the rail on the money bubble.

[Removed:555] in the Lead With Turned Set

Level 19 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

[Removed:554] raised to 60,000 from middle position and Daniel Dvoress called from the hijack. [Removed:555] then checked on the 76K flop, after which Dvoress made a bet of 65,000.

[Removed:555] made the call before the J turn fell. [Removed:555] checked again and Dvoress sized up to 280,000. [Removed:555] spent a few time banks but eventually made the call.

The 2 river was checked by both players in quick succession and [Removed:555] showed JJ for a set of jacks. Dvoress' cards disappeared into the muck as he traded over the chip lead to his neighbor.

Astedt Encounters Resistance

Level 18 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Action folded to Niklas Astedt in the small blind who raised to 65,000. Santhosh Suvarna then three-bet to 155,000 and Astedt folded.

Astedt then raised to 50,000 before Viascheslav Buldygin moved all in for around 350,000 in the big blind. Astedt again gave up his hand. A few hands later, Astedt again raised to 50,000 in early position and was met with a three-bet to 240,000 from big blind [Removed:554].

Astedt folded yet again as action was once more slowed at the final table, with no flops being seen the first orbit around.
