There was much confusion over the early streets with both players holding near-identical boards. Patrick Bueno completed and Jeremy Trojand called.

Trojand check-called on fourth and fifth street and both players checked sixth street.

The dealer burned and dealt Bueno his final down card, before accidentally exposing the Q♦ when dealing to Trojand. The floor was called, just to clarify, with the card shuffled into the remaining cards and redealt.

Bueno checked but folded to a bet. To everyone's amazement, Trojand showed that he had been dealt the Q♦ again and took down the pot.

Both players drew one on the first draw and then Freund check-called a bet from Tedeschi.

The same drawing and betting action occurred on the second round, but on the third draw, Freund drew one and Tedeschi stood pat.

Freund bet his last chips on the last betting round and Tedeschi snap-called and showed 7♦5♥4♣3♠ for a seven badugi. Freund showed he held 9♦8♣4♥2♠ for a nine badugi and was eliminated in seventh place.
