Prague Ready for First-Ever Mixed Game Main Event

The European Poker Tour (EPT) Prague at the Hilton Prague adds a new chapter to its storied history today, December 12, with the launch of the €2,200 Mixed Game Main Event. This highly anticipated three-day tournament is the first of its kind on the EPT, reflecting the growing interest in mixed game formats among poker enthusiasts.

The Mixed Game Main Event features a challenging 10-Game rotation that will test players’ skills across a variety of formats, demanding strategy, adaptability, and a deep understanding of poker fundamentals.

The event begins at 8:00 p.m., offering players a 50,000 starting stack and 40-minute levels. The event is a single re-entry with late registration open until Level 10 on Day 2. On Day 1, there will be six levels of play with a 20-minute break after Level 3.

  • Fixed Limit 2-7 Triple Draw
  • Pot Limit Omaha
  • Fixed Limit Stud High-Low 8 or Better
  • Fixed Limit Badugi
  • Fixed Limit Hold'em
  • No Limit 2-7 Single Draw

  • Fixed Limit Omaha High-Low 8 or Better

  • Fixed Limit Razz

This event highlights a robust mixed games schedule here at EPT Prague, which also includes €1,100 and €5,200 8-Game tournaments, €1,100 Big Bet Mix, and €550 HORSE.

Unbelievably, after drawing for the first game in the inaugural Mixed Game Main Event, the game that was drawn was No-Limit Hold'em.

Blind on blind, Pablo Quintana bet 700 on the 88Q flop and Suketu Patel called. The pair checked down the 62 runout and Quintana won the pot with AK.
