Seelen Smacks the River to Stun Corbella

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Martins Mellens bet 40,000 from under the gun on a flop of 97K and Robert Seelen called in the cutoff. Serra Corbella then moved all in for 165,000 in the big blind, and Mellens folded, but Seelen quickly called.

Serra Corbella: 97 All in
Robert Seelen: K10

Corbella had flopped two pair against Seelen's top pair and was a favorite to double up as the 2 fell on the turn, but the 2 river gave Seelen a higher two pair to send Corbella to the rail.

Molero Blasts Out Zamani

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of K94, Martin Zamani bet 25,000 from early position and Kilian-Pablo Molero called in the hijack.

Zamani slowed down and checked the K turn, and Molero bet 30,000. Zamani called, and the 10 fell on the river. Molero then slid forward a tower of blue 5,000 chips for a bet of around 100,000, and Zamani instantly tossed AA into the muck.

Start-of-day chip leader Ben Zech was recently moved to this table.

Wilson Loses a Classic Flip; Glaser Gets There on the River

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Benny Glaser
Benny Glaser

Brock Wilson moved all in for his last 100,000 from early position as Antonio Asaro put him at risk on the button.

Brock Wilson: AK All in
Antonio Asaro: QQ

It was a classic flip, and Wilson couldn't catch up to Asaro's queens on the 7367J board as he was sent to the rail.

At a nearby table, Dave Stann finds himself in an unfortunate position of having Stephen Song and Benny Glaser on his direct left. In his most recent hand, Stann and Glaser checked the turn on a board of 83567 as they headed to the river with around 90,000 in the pot. Glaser then bet 115,000 from early position, and Stann called in the big blind.

Glaser turned over A9 for a rivered straight, and Stann mucked.

Xarau Fades a Double Off De La Fouchardiere

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

David Xarau raised to 20,000 in early position and Attila Koncz called in the hijack. Hugo De La Fouchardiere then three-bet to 80,000 in the big blind and Xarau moved all in for 162,000. Koncz got out of the way, but De La Fouchardiere quickly called.

David Xarau: AK All in
Hugo De La Fouchardiere: A5

Xarau had De La Fouchardiere dominated and moved further ahead on the K64 flop with top pair, but De La Fouchardiere picked up outs to a straight on the 3 turn. The river was a safe 6 for Xarau and he earned the double up.
