Puglia Shove Goes Uncalled

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Espen Oeye kicked the action off with a raise in early position to 1,000. The player in the small blind called before Giampaolo Puglia three-bet to 3,500 from the big blind. Oeye called, and the small blind player folded.

Puglia continued with a check-call line on the 8109 flop, after Oeye had bet 3,000.

The dealer added the 8 turn to the board, and after Puglia checked again, Oeye continued for 8,000. This time, Puglia check-raised all in for roughly 27,500.

Oeye wasted little time in folding, abandoning his chips in the middle and conceding the pot to Puglia.

Therme Takes Four-Bet Pot

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Jonathan Therme
Jonathan Therme

Jonathan Therme had three-bet an earlier open to 3,200 from the small blind when Richard Geyer bumped it up to 7,700 in the big blind. The initial raiser got out of the way before Therme obliged with a call.

Both players checked the 397 flop, and Therme did so too when the A arrived on the turn. Geyer took the opportunity to bet 11,700, which Therme called.

The table was knuckled by both again on the 9 river. Therme tabled AQ for top pair, and he won the pot when Geyer's cards were returned face down.

Furneri Triples Up

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

The action was picked up on a board of 9J29 with 31,400 in the pot and Alessandro Furneri in middle position already all-in and at risk. William Kassouf in the small blind jammed for 19,000 and he made Paul Lagan in the hijack fold.

Alessandro Furneri: KK All in
William Kassouf: AJ

Kassouf had two pair but Furneri already had kings for a better two pair so he doubled after the 3 river.

Split Pot

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Marius Kudzmanas opened from the button, Andrea Cortellazzi in the big blind three-bet to 3,700 and Kudzmanas called.

Both players checked all the way through a board of K59K. Cortellazzi checked the 5 river as well, but Kudzmanas bet 4,000.

Cortellazzi went into the tank and called with AQ. Kudzmanas had AJ, so they split the pot.

Delkof Chips Up in Four-Bet Pot

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Yuma Yoshida opened the action with a raise to 800. Alessandro Barone made it 2,200 to go in the cutoff before Patrick Delkof raised the price to 5,200 on the button.

Yoshida quickly let his hand go, but Barone wanted to see a flop and called. When K4K appeared on the table, Barone checked to Delkof.

Delkof placed a small bet of 2,500, which was enough to win the pot as Barone added his cards to the muck.

Taghla Keeps His Foot Down

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Mohamed Taghla raised to 900 on the button, and both the small blind, Gerard Rubiralta, and the big blind called.

When action checked to Taghla on the AKQ board, he continued for 1,100. Rubiralta called, and the big blind folded.

The dealer added the 4 turn to the board, and Rubiralta checked once again. There was no slowing down from Taghla, though, who continued with a bet of 2,900.

Rubiralta took stock of his opponent's stack before opting just to let his cards go.

Verberk Goes Bluff-Catching

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Arriving on the 9754 turn, Jacobus Verberk checked from the big blind to Mikolaj Zawadzki in the cutoff, who added 2,500 to the pot of 8,000 with a bet.

Verberk then raised to 6,000, which Zawadzki quickly called. The A river saw Verberk revert to a check, after which Zawadzki put him all in for his remaining 8,600.

Verberk sighed but swiftly tossed in his final chips for a call. Zawadzki showed 43 for bottom pair, but Verberk had rivered the best hand with his AJ and received a full double-up.
