With around 130,000 in the pot on a board of 10♥9♣9♥K♠, Adria Calonge bet 46,000 from the small blind and Kamil Dobosz called in early position.
The river was the 10♦ and Calonge moved all in. Dobosz snap-called for his last 89,000 and turned over K♣10♣ for a full house, and Calonge mucked A♦K♥ as he was left on a short stack.
Juha Helppi moved all in for 51,000 from the small blind and Ryan Mandara called in middle position.
Juha Helppi: 7♣7♠
Ryan Mandara: A♦Q♣
Helppi's pair of sevens remained in the lead going to the river on a board of 8♠6♥9♠8♣. "Nine," Mandara pleaded, but instead the 7♦ fell to give Helppi a full house.
"Seven is better. I needed it more. Not even a dent in your stack," Helppi replied.
Antonio Guimaraens moved all in for 70,000 from middle position and Mengshi Tian put him at risk in the big blind.
Antonio Guimaraens: Q♦Q♣
Mengshi Tian: 8♠8♣
Guimaraens had Tian dominated and was poised for a double up as the board came 7♣6♠7♦2♥, but Tian spiked the 8♥ on the river to make a full house and send Guimaraens to the rail.
Terry Jordon bet 16,000 from the button on a flop of 6♣2♥8♠ and Dimitrios Kilintaris called in the small blind.
Both players checked the 9♠ turn, before Kilintaris led out for 55,000 on the 10♠ river. Jordon snap-called with 8♣7♣ for a straight, and Kilintaris mucked 5♦4♦.
At another table, Oleg Vasylchenko and Ghattas Kortas built a pot of around 140,000 going to the turn on a board of 9♠2♠A♣5♣. Vasylchenko then bet 45,000 from the small blind, and Kortas called in the hijack.
Vasylchenko bet another 75,000 on the J♥ river, but this time Kortas raised to 182,000. Vasylchenko used two time banks before folding, and Kortas slammed down 7♦6♦ as he took in the pot.
Mats Ullereng bet 15,000 from middle position on a flop of A♥7♦5♦ and Grzegorz Flak called in the small blind. Fabio Muhr then raised to 60,000 in the big blind, and Ullereng folded. Flak, though, moved all in, and Muhr snap-called for 220,000.
Fabio Muhr: 7♥7♠
Grzegorz Flak: A♣Q♠
Flak showed top pair, but he ran right into Muhr's flopped set. The rest of the board ran out 10♠3♣ and Muhr doubled up, leaving Flak nursing a short stack.
At another table, John Ishak had moved all in for 135,000 from the button and Merijn van Rooij put him at risk in middle position.
John Ishak: A♣K♣
Merijn van Rooij: 10♥10♠
Ishak was racing for his tournament life as the flop came 5♦3♥3♣ to keep Van Rooij in the lead with his tens. The 9♣ turn gave Ishak a flush draw to go with his overcards, but he missed the 5♠ river and was sent to the rail.
A big pot was between Paawan Bansal and Juho Suutari when Suutari's final chips were committed on a full board of 4♦6♦7♣J♠4♥ and they reached showdown.
Paawan Bansal had him at risk and tabled 6♠6♣ for a full house. Suutari immediately stood up and rushed out of the tournament area as his A♠A♥ left him empty-handed.
Heads-up on a flop of Q♦8♣3♦, Barak Wisbrod bet 10,000 from the button before Quan Zhou raised to 35,000 in the cutoff. Wisbrod then moved all in, and Zhou called for his last 120,000.
Quan Zhou: A♦5♦
Barak Wisbrod: A♥8♦
Wisbrod was ahead with his pair of eights, while Zhou was on a flush draw. The turn was the 6♣, while Zhou couldn't connect with the 10♣ river and was sent to the rail.
Jeffrey Sarwer raised to 11,000 in middle position and Paawan Bansal called in the cutoff. David Docherty then moved all in for 45,000 in the big blind and Sarwer called, but Bansal then reraised to 150,000. Sarwer quickly folded.
David Docherty: 7♥7♠
Paawan Bansal: K♣K♦
"In Prague, it's always coming seven," Docherty said hopefully after Bansal revealed his kings, but it was Bansal who hit a set on the A♦Q♠K♠ flop.
"It's always coming two sevens," Docherty said, but no miracles arrived on the 4♦ turn or 3♥ river and he was sent to the rail.
"Kings like you. Even yesterday," tablemate Vasyl Pidhrusnyi said to Bansal after the hand.
