Gabin Henrion moved all in for 150,000 from the hijack. It folded to Albert Grane in the big blind, who swiftly called.

Henrion's ace-high remained best on the 7♠Q♣3♦ flop and Q♥ turn, but Grane paired one of his hole cards on the K♣ river to win the pot and eliminate his opponent.
Mihai Tabac limped in from the small blind, and when Edward Pak raised to 65,000 in the big blind, Tabac called.
Tabac checked to Pak on a 6♣J♦2♠ flop, and Pak continued for 40,000, which Tabac called. The A♥ turn followed the same sequence, as Tabac checked before calling when Pak bet again, this time for 115,000.
The 6♠ completed the board, and Tabac checked a third time. Pak wasn't done betting quite yet, though, and put 120,000 into the middle. Tabac went deep into the tank, utilising four time extensions before ultimately calling. Pak flipped over A♦8♦ for a turned top pair, and Tabac immediately tossed his cards into the muck.
Eduardo Kalil raised under the gun to 40,000 and Toni Kaukua called on the button. Richard Araujo squeezed all in for 370,000 from the big blind, which got Kalil to fold, while Kaukua called.

Araujo was in trouble against the bigger ace of Kaukua and needed some hearts or a jack to stay alive.
The 4♣A♦9♦ flop paired both players, while Kaukua's queen-kicker kept Araujo on the verge of elimination.
The rest of the board ran out 9♣2♥, and Araujo became the newest casualty of the Main Event.
Jonas ten Cate raised to 40,000 in the hijack. Matas Cimbolas flat-called on the button before Jose Quintas defended his big blind.
Quintas checked the 4♦K♠8♦ flop over to Ten Cate, who continued for 50,000. Cimbolas and Quintas both called, and the Q♠ rolled off on the turn. Ten Cate sized up to 175,000. Cimbolas still called, but Quintas check-folded this time.
Ten Cate shoved all in on the 9♣ river for 210,000. Cimbolas gave it some thought, but he ended up letting his hand go to concede the pot.
The action was picked up as Antonio Asaro moved all-in for roughly 175,000 over a raise from Luigi Minolfi. When the action returned to Minolfi, he called.

The Q♣J♣3♣ flop provided Asaro with a host of new outs, having flopped top pair and a flush draw. Alas, it wasn't to be, as the board bricked out with the 8♠ turn and 5♥ river, sending Asaro to the rail.
Just before this hand, Kalman Dohany was also eliminated at another table.
Paolo Boi raised to 40,000 from middle position and Mark Teltscher three-bet the hijack to 110,000. Boi four-bet to 200,000 and Teltscher jammed for 495,000. Boi instantly called.

"That is a shame," commented Teltscher after seeing he had the mammoth task of overcoming pocket rockets.
Fortunately for Teltscher, it wasn't his time to go, as the dealer fanned the J♥J♠4♥ flop to give him quads and leave Boi needing a miracle of his own.
The 3♦ turn cemented Teltscher's double, making the 9♦ river a mere formality.
Teltscher's disappointment had quickly turned into delight as he cracked Boi's aces and secured the huge double-up.

For 25 years, WCOOP has represented the pinnacle of online tournament poker. This year's festival continues that tradition with 121 events spread across High, Medium, and Low buy-in tiers, creating hundreds of opportunities for players to win a WCOOP title.
