The 2♠ turn was checked by both players, seeing the 2♥ complete the board on the river. Fazio tossed in a small bet of 1,000, and Ter-Khachatryan called after a bit of thought.

Fazio turned over Q♣9♣ for top pair, enough to win the pot as Ter-Khachatryna sent his cards into the muck.
