Badziakouski Pays Off Kaiser

Level 32 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

In a limped pot to the {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop, Mikita Badziakouski checked out of the big blind. Ronny Kaiser bet 80,000 on the button and earned a call.

Badziakouski then check-called for 292,500 on the {a-Hearts} turn and did so again for another 320,000 on the {q-Hearts} river. Kaiser revealed the {9-Hearts}{9-Spades} for a set and Badziakouski's {a-Spades}{8-Spades} for two pair was no good.

One Pot For Each

Level 32 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Ronny Kaiser limped the small blind and Christian Rudolph checked his option in the big blind. Kaiser led the {q-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop for 80,000 and Rudolph raised to 304,000, earning a call from his table neighbor. On the {j-Hearts} turn, Kaiser checked and folded when Rudolph bet 448,000.

Mikita Badziakouski then three-bet to 640,000 and Rudolph folded. Last but not least, Kaiser won a limped pot off Badziakouski when he bet the {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{10-Hearts} turn for 160,000 successfully.

Kaiser Jams Into Badziakouski

Level 32 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Ronny Kaiser called a river bet for 238,000 with the board reading {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs} and Christian Rudolph tabled the {j-Spades}{4-Spades} for a pair of fours only. Kaiser had that beat with {8-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for a straight and chipped up.

Rudolph continued with aggression to maintain his lead and up next, Kaiser clashed with Mikita Badziakouski. The latter opened to 224,000 in the small blind and Kaiser made the call to see the {k-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop. Badziakouski bet another 120,000 to earn a call and fired the {j-Diamonds} turn for 399,000. Kaiser now jammed for more than 1.36 million and forced an instant fold.

Artur Martirosian: {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}
Christian Rudolph: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The superior pair held on the {a-Hearts}{6-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{q-Clubs} board and Martirosian fell in 5th place, giving Nick Petrangelo with his severe short stack a ladder.

Petrangelo Spikes a Double

Level 31 : 35,000/70,000, 8,500 ante

Down to just 145,222, Nick Petrangelo was at risk with the {8-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} and Mikita Badziakouski called in the big blind with {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs}. There was another sweat with the flush draw until the {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} turn but the {6-Hearts} river was a blank.

Once Upon a Double Up

Level 31 : 35,000/70,000, 8,500 ante

Christian Rudolph pulled into the top spot and the other hands brought no major action. That was until Nick Petrangelo open-jammed out of the small blind and Ronny Kaiser called all-in for 937,400 in the big blind.

Ronny Kaiser: {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
Nick Petrangelo: {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

The {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop provided a flush draw but the {k-Diamonds} turn and {j-Diamonds} river kept Kaiser in contention, leaving Petrangelo with a chip and a chair.
