Rodrigo Hernandez opened to 1,800 and got one caller. Lee Mulligan three-bet all in for around 15,000. Hernandez four-bet all in, forcing the third player in the hand out.

Stearn's Stack Gets Trimmed

Alan Stearn opened to 2,000 and Tan Le called out of the blinds. Le check-called 2,300 on the {3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop and the turn was the {j-Spades}

Both players checked and Le then bet 7,000 on the {3-Clubs} river. Stearn tank-folded, but still sits with a healthy stack of over 100,000 in chips.

Kane Eliminates Palmer

Michael Kane opened to 1,600 and called a 6,000 shove from Matthew Palmer.

Kane flopped a set on {q-Spades}{3-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{k-Hearts} and despite Palmer rivering two pair he was eliminated.

Tai Hoang check-called 4,000 on the {9-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{j-Hearts} flop from Alexander Zeligman and the river brought the {3-Hearts}.

Hoang checked again and Zeligman bet 9,000.

"I feel like you have ace-nine," said Hoang who pondered his decision before slamming a stack of chips in to call.

"Straight," announced Zeligman, tabling {10-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and took down the pot.

Hoang and tablemate Deborah Worley-Roberts are hovering just under 100,000 in chips midway through Level 8.

Trigg Loses a Small One

Richard Trigg limped and two players came along including David Johnson and Jacob Mulhern.

Mulhern checked the {7-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{8-Spades} flop and Trigg bet 1,200. Johnson was the only caller.

The remaining two players checked the {8-Hearts} turn and the river was the {4-Diamonds}. Trigg checked and Johnson bet 5,000. Trigg instantly folded and Johnson took down the pot.

Trigg still sits with around 80,000 in chips.
