Lykov Flushes Watts

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

On a jack high flop with one spade, Steven Watts battled with Maksim Lykov and the second spade on the turn saw another big bet. A third spade appeared with the final community card and Lykov bet big, Watts put him all in with holding the {K-Spades}{J-Spades} for the second nut flush. Unfortunately, Lykov held {A-Spades}{6-Spades} for the better back door flush and doubled up.

Oops?

Level 5 : 150/300, 25 ante

Jared Jaffee bet 6,000 into a pot with approximately 11,000 in it on a {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} flop and was raised by the player in Seat 7 to 15,000. The player in Seat 1 tanked for a good minute before letting his hand go and Jaffee was quick to move the last of his chips into the middle and was quickly called by his opponent. Jaffee held {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for a flush draw while his foe held {A-Spades}{K-Spades} for a pair of kings.

The turn was the {A-Clubs} and Jaffee would need a heart to win the pot. The river was the {7-Clubs} and that would be enough to end this entry for Jaffee. With this being a reentry event until Level 9 starts, there's a good chance we'll see Jaffee take his seat at another table in a few minutes. For now though he's busto.
