Level 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Cody Brinn
Cody Brinn

Cody Brinn bet 7,000 from the big blind into a pot of about 9,000 on {10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and Bret Martin called from under the gun. On the {4-Diamonds} turn, Brinn removed an earphone and told the dealer he was all in. It looked to be about 13,000 but Martin called without needing a count.

Bret Martin: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Cody Brinn: {q-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

The river was a {10-Clubs} and Brinn headed for the exits.

Sladek Doubles Through Whittington

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Todd Sladek got all in for 42,600 from the big with {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} against Blake Whittington, who had {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. The board ran out clean for Sladek, although the {9-} on the turn and {8-} on the river provided minor scares.

Pupillo Busts Raymer Over Two Hands

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Greg Raymer
Greg Raymer

Nick Pupillo bet 5,200 from the small blind on {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Greg Raymer called in the big. On the {9-Hearts} turn, Pupillo bet 12,000 and Raymer again called. The river was a {q-Diamonds} and Pupillo fired a final shell for 22,000. Raymer called once more and Pupillo opened {q-Hearts}{j-Spades} for the turned nuts.

"Good catch," Raymer said softly. "Nice turn."

Two hands later, Pupillo opened and called a shove from Raymer for his remaining 17,000 or so. Raymer had {4-Hearts}{4-Clubs} but couldn't fade {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} as it ran {q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}.

Reichard Folds at the Buzzer

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

We found Josh Reichard on the button facing a massive shove of 92,300 from a player in the hijack. The pot was only about 50,000 and the board read {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades}{q-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. Reichard counted out calling chips and tried to get something out of his opponent with table talk.

"Wouldn't have much left," he said with a smile, nodding at his remaining chips behind the 92,300.

"Come on, man," TK Miles said from across the table. "If you say anything else I'm gonna call the clock."

"What does that have to do with calling the clock?" Reichard wondered.

"OK, clock."

The supervisor told Reichard he had 25 seconds, and at the close of that 25 seconds, Reichard flicked in his cards.
