Zisis Raises River

Vasileios Zisis opened from the hijack to 200,000. Maksim Petrov called from the small blind.

He check-called a bet of 250,000 on the flop of 393. The 10 was checked around before Petrov led the 4 river for 250,000. Zisis then raised to 1,800,000. Petrov went into the tank for around a minute before finding the fold.

Reid Gets Rivered

Button Philip Joyce had opened preflop, with Terrance Reid defending his big blind. Reid then check-called Joyce's bet of 150,000 on the QA10 flop before the 9 hit the turn.

Joyce continued for 325,000, but this time, Reid check-raised to 800,000. Joyce stuck in a call after some thought, leading to the J river.

Reid slowed down and checked before he called the small bet of 275,000 that Joyce put out. Reid showed J8 for a straight to the queen, but Joyce had rivered Broadway with his KK and was shipped the pot.

Duta made the call to the 2 turn, which was checked through. Duta then led out for 215,000 on the 5 river, only to be raised to 1,200,000 by Murphy.

Duta spent several minutes in the tank but eventually decided to muck his cards and forfeit the pot.

Murhphy slowed down on the 2 river, checking it over to Joyce. Joyce then fired 1,200,000, which was enough to let Murphy lay his cards down.

Murphy check-called again on the 2 turn, this time Freeman bet 375,000. Murphy then block bet 200,000 on the 2 river. Freeman then raised to 550,000. Murphy then three-bet all in. Freeman took around a minute before calling.

He tabled 77 for two pair but was bested by Q10 for queens full of deuces. The players exchanged a handshake before Freeman departed the tournament area.
