Action was picked up on the turn of A♠K♥A♥3♦ with around 650,000 in the middle. Terrance Reid bet 325,000 from the cutoff. Florian Duta called after around a minute in the tank.
Reid fired again on the 5♦ river, this time sizing up to 625,000. A few minutes elapsed before Duta called. Reid tabled J♣10♣ for a missed Broadway draw and Duta took the pot with K♣9♠ for two pair.
Florian Duta riased to 120,000 as first to act. Philip Joyce respinded with a three-bet to 330,000 on the button, which Duta called once the action folded back to him.
Joyce continued for 150,000 on the 4♣Q♦A♣ flop, and Duta check-called. The J♦ turn checked through to the J♣ river, where Duta fired a bet of 325,000.
Joyce quickly called for Duta to show 7♦7♣. Joyce turned over A♥10♦ for aces and jacks, taking down the pot.
Chen Xiacheng called for 60,000 from early position with one 100,000 chip. It appeared he wanted to move all in but the dealer informed in that it was a call as raise was not announced.
Stephen Freeman raised to 120,000 from the hijack before Terrance Reid three-bet to 400,000 in the cutoff. Florian Duta then four-bet to 2,000,000. Xiacheng folded as did Freeman and and Reid.
The next hand Xiacheng was forced all in in the big blind. Stephen Freeman called for 60,000 and Reid raised again to 400,000. Freeman called.
He check-called a bet of 325,000 on the flop of Q♣4♥8♥ before check-calling again on the 9♣ turn. Reid sized up to 1,125,000. The 2♠ river was checked down.
Freeman had the winner with 8♦2♦ which bested the A♥6♣ of Reid and the 8♠3♦ of Xiacheng.
Philip Joyce raised to 120,000 in the hijack, which Chen Xiacheng three-bet to 300,000 in the cutoff. It folded back to Joyce, who moved all in for 1,080,000. Xiacheng put in a quick call, and the cards were tabled.
Philip Joyce: A♣K♦
Chen Xiacheng: K♣J♠
"I don't like to see that," Xiacheng stated as the 3♣2♥7♣ flop did not improve him. The K♠ turn was no help to him, and the A♥ river made Joyce two pair to secure the pot.
The stacks were carefully counted, and Xiacheng was left with less than two big blinds after he had paid Joyce.
Action was picked up with Emmett Mullin all in and at risk versus the covering stacks of Ben Miller and Vikrum Mehta.
Emmett Mullin: A♠J♣
Ben Miller: A♦K♦
Vikrum Mehta: K♥J♥
Miller had the best of it and hit top pair and a flush draw on the K♣10♦8♦. Mullin and Mehta were drawing dead on the 3♦ turn and the 8♠ river was a mere formality.
Terrance Reid raised to 120,000 in the hijack, being met with a three-bet to 380,000 from Yannick Jobin on the button. It folded back to Reid, who put in a call to the 6♠A♣Q♠ flop.
Jobin continued for 230,000, and Reid called, after which the 4♠ turn checked through. The 3♦ river saw Jobin put in chips again, betting 300,000 after a check from Reid.
Reid quickly let go of his cards, surrendering the pot and seeing the table chip lead move to Jobin.
