Simon Langan and Gerry Farrell were heads up on a board of J♥4♣J♠7♥. With around 3,000 chips in the middle, Langan made a bet of 1,200 from the big blind, which Farrell raised to 3,500 from the next seat over.
Langan made the call and the 3♣ river completed the board. Langan then led out once again, for 5,000 chips. Farrell, however, put in another raise, this time to 15,000.
Langan quickly waved goodbye to his cards as they hit the muck, seeing Farrell chip up to almost one and a half starting stacks.

In a multi-way pot, Matthew Greig bet out 3,000 chips from middle position on a flop of 6♥J♦2♠, and found one caller in Joe Hannigan, who was sitting in the hijack.
Greig then continued for 7,000 on the 8♦ turn, seeing his opponent call once more. On the 3♣ river, Greig eyed Hannigan's stack before putting all his chips in the middle, barely covering the 38,500 chips Hannigan had back.
Hannigan thought it over for a few seconds but quickly folded with a grimace.

Gunnar Wedde raised to 300 from the hijack and Simon Langan called from the button. Stuart Zheng then made it 1,100 to go from the big blind, and both of his opponents put in calling chips.
On the subsequent 3♦7♥2♠ flop, Zheng continued with a bet of 1,200, receiving two calls once again. On the 3♥ turn, Zheng sized up to 3,500, which was enough to let Wedde go of his hand. Langan, however, paid the amount due and saw the A♥ river roll off.
Zheng then completed his triple barrel with a bet of 5,000. Langan did not think long before making the fold, awarding the sizable pot to Zheng.

Jacquie O'Connor limped in as first to act before Matthew Greig raised to 400 from the cutoff. Richie Caulfield called from the button and Andy Black also came along from the small blind.
O'Connor came along as well and the quartet saw a flop of 3♣4♥2♣. Black checked, after which O'Connor led out for 500 chips. Greig made the call, and Caulfield got out of the way before Black paid to see the Q♦ turn as well.
That turn was checked by all three players, and the 8♣ river was as well. Greig tabled his 9♦9♣ for a pair of nines, and both of his opponents mucked their cards, awarding him the early pot.
