Nicasio Toranzo limped in the small blind and called a min-raise from Jose de la Guardia. De la Guardia's 24,000 bet was check-raised to 70,000 before he decided to reapply the pressure to Toranzo with a three-bet to 140,000. Toranzo thought long and hard questioning de la Guardia as to whether he had a set before folding.

When we started play today the average stack was around 20 big blinds. Now the average stack is just over 23 big blinds so the play is a little deeper but not by much. We still expect most of the action to take place pre-flop.
Level: 22

We've been playing just under an hour today and we have lost eight players already. The tournament clock has been stopped for a seat redraw as we break down to two tables.
It's another flip won for Jose de la Guardia whose open raise with
had to call Gomez's 70,000
shove. The board all but killed Gomez on the flop as the cards came out

.
Just like that we lost another one and it was Marcelo Bonanata. Danny Manriques did the damage by opening the pot with a raise before calling Bonanata's all-in push from the big blind. Showdown:
Bonanata:

Manriques:

Manriques called for a queen that he didn't need to hit but he got two of them anyway on the

board. Bonanata headed off and claimed the chip lead with a cool million in chips. Our first chip millionaire!
