Argentinian Team PokerStars Pro Nacho Barbero raised to 4,100 from early position and received a call from a late position player and the player in the big blind.
The flop cam e and the big blind checked. Barbero counted out 9,100 chips and flung them into the middle. Both of his opponents swiftly shot their hands into the muck and Barbero was awarded the pot.
Team PokerStars Pro Angel Guillen made it 4,800 from under the gun and received a call from Nestor Masero on the button and Bernardo Dias from the big blind.
The flop came and Dias checked. Guillen continued out for 7,000 and Masero called. Dias got out of the way and fourth street brought the . Guillen opted to slow down this time, checking his option. Masero seized control of the hand, pushing out a 12,000 bet. Guillen called and the fell on the river.
Guillen checked once more and his opponent made a small bet of 11,000. Guillen tossed his chips in the middle but quickly shot his hand toward the muck when Masero tabled .
Juan Martin Abal made a preflop raise and 2011 LAPT Colombia Main Event champion Julian Menendez three-bet enough to put Abal all in. Abal called and the hands were turned over.

The board ran out and Menendez's pocket eights were able to hold. Menendez was able to reduce the field by one more player and make his stack the second biggest in the room.
