Vuilleumier Continues To Build

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

After Alexandre Vuilleumier limped in early position, the small blind called and Alexander Denisov made it 4,000. With action back on Vuilleumier, he re-raised to 12,000 and Denisov called after the small blind folded.

On a flop of {9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{7-Clubs}, Denisov check-called a bet from the preflop aggressor of 7,000.

Both players then checked back the {7-Diamonds} turn, as well as the {5-Clubs} river.

Denisov sighed as he turned over {8-Spades}{10-Spades} and Vuilleumier tabled {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} for the winner.

Gillion Gets A Double

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Daniel Rezai bet 4,500 from under the gun and was met with a raise of 12,000 from the hijack. Colin Gillion on the button moved all in for 27,800 on the button. Rezai folded, but the small blind made the call.

Colin Gillion: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
Hijack: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}

Gillion was in the right position at the right time. The hijack did connect with the {10-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Hearts} but it was not enough to usurp the Scotsman as the {3-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} completed the board to give Gillion a double up.

Khamidullin Pressures Zheleznyak Off Her Hand

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Picking up action on a board of {4-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{k-Diamonds}, with 25,000 or so in the pot, it was Timur Khamidullin that was the aggressor. He fired a stack of blue chips in, equating to 65,000, more than enough to effectively put the under-the-gun player, Irina Zheleznyak all in for her last 30,000 chips or so.

Putting her tournament life at risk, Zheleznyak decided to pass, letting her hand go and awarding Khamidullin the pot.

Chino Rheem Among Players Eliminated

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

PokerNews did not arrive at table 2 in time to see the action, but Chino Rheem has crashed out of the MPP Warm Up. Rheem had pocket aces which were cracked by the big blinds two pair of kings and jacks.

It is unknown if Rheem will reenter today, but for now, they join Ercan Hasan and Fausto Tantillo on the rail.

Cormier Jam Gets Through

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

WIth a board reading {8-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} and a pot of 10,000, Jeff Cormier had bet 7,500 from the button into his big blind opponent and got the call.

Going to a river {7-Spades}, once checked to, Cormier didn't slow down, he moved his entire stack into the middle as he announced he was all in for around 40,000. His opponent didn't waste a lot of time and mucked his holding.

Cormier nonchalantly showed a {10-Diamonds} and he mucked his other card and took down the pot,

Hassan Loses Chips To Bissariyev

Level 10 : Blinds 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

With 20,000 in the middle and a complete board of {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}, Ali Hassan bet 8,000 from the hijack.

Aidos Bissariyev raised 25,000 from the button. Hassan was not happy with the raise and decided to fold showing the {a-Spades} face up. While Bissariyev mucked their hand they showed the {4-Clubs} for fourth pair. Hassan would have to use his imagination on what the other card was.
