Tulepbergenov Shoves the River

Level 12 : Blinds 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

There was a full board of 2KQ10Q and with around 400,000 chips already in the pot, Azamat Tulepbergenov shoved for around 225,000 from the big blind.

His opponent was under the gun and was burning through his time banks while he mulled it over. It took five time banks, each giving a 30-second extension, for him to fold, allowing Tulepbergenov to win the pot.

"Queen-jack" he asked Tulepbergenov. There was no response from Tulepbergenov as he raked in the pot, which brought his stack to around 625,000.

Vasylyk Sent Straight to Exit

Level 12 : Blinds 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Small blind Andrii Vasylyk got his last 100,000 or so in on the 967 flop, and was up against Yassin Mahmoud.

Andrii Vasylyk: A6 All in
Yassin Mahmoud: A8

Vasylyk had flopped better, but was turned dead with the 10. The Q river did not matter anymore as Vasylyk handed over his final chips to Mahmoud.

Kolonias Picks Up Aces

Level 12 : Blinds 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Sergei Kim
Sergei Kim

Ryhor Karapanau opened the hijack to 50,000 and Sergei Kim called in the cutoff before Alexandros Kolonias shoved the button for around 350,000. Karapanau quickly folded, but Kim snap-called.

Alexandros Kolonias: AA All in
Sergei Kim: AK

Kim wasn't impressed seeing the hand of Kolonias and couldn't find any help from the 58766 runout, which meant Kolonias got a double-up in the last level of the night.

Double Muck After Accidental Card Grab

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

An unusual moment unfolded at the table involving Kassem Hammoud and Erdem Akmert that left both players without a hand.

Hammoud was under the gun and had just been dealt his cards when Erdan Akmert, seated nearby, mistakenly reached over and took one of Hammoud’s hole cards, believing it to be his own. Hammoud promptly retrieved the card, but the brief mix-up caused confusion at the table.

The floor was called, and the ruling was clear: unless the entire table could confidently verify that the original hands were intact and correctly returned, both hands would need to be mucked. Since no one could confirm with certainty, both Hammoud and Akmert were forced to fold preflop—without ever seeing a flop.

Sometimes, it's not just chips that go missing.

Troyanovskiy Dives Under Seven Figures

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Vladimir Troyanovskiy opened to 40,000 from middle position. It folded to Mustafa Ercan on the button, who put his stack of 270,000 at risk.

Troyanovskiy asked for a count, after which he made a quick call.

Mustafa Ercan: K10 All in
Vladimir Troyanovskiy: 66

Troyanovskiy's pair remained ahead on the Q38 flop, but the K turn paired Ercan for a big lead. Troyanovskiy did not hit a six on the 2 river, doubling up his opponent.

Kakhmazov Gets to Average Stack

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

After an earlier open, Nadar Kakhmazov jammed all in for 380,000 on the button. Ashkan Fattahi made the call in the small blind, after which the initial raiser got out of the way.

Nadar Kakhmazov: KK All in
Ashkan Fattahi: AQ

Kakhmazov left Fattahi with just running outs after the K36 flop, leaving him without outs after the A turn. The 8 river made no difference as Kakhmazov doubled up with ease.

Fuchs' King Good at Showdown

Level 11 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Julien Fuchs made it 40,000 to go from the hijack and got one caller in Adrian State from the cutoff.

They saw a flop of 8J8 where Fuchs check-called a bet of 35,000 from State to the K turn, where again Fuchs went into check-call mode when State bet 125,000.

When the 9 hit the river, Fuchs checked for a third time and State elected to check back.

Fuchs then showed KQ for a pair of kings, and State mucked.
