Dukic had his tournament life on the line and stayed in the lead after the Q♠J♦A♣ flop. A 5♣ on the turn gave Dukic two pair and removed some of Heredi's outs.
However, the K♣ on the river completed Heredi's straight, meaning Dukic was eliminated.
Raoul Kanme opened to 1,000,000 under the gun and Italo Modena three-bet to 4,000,000 out of the small blind. Kanme four-bet ripped it for 17,000,000 and Modena snap-called.

Kanme jammed it in at the wrong time, but he did have a hand that had a lot of potential. The flop came K♥9♠4♦ to give Kanme a gutshot. The 6♠ turn meant only a queen on the river could save Kanme. But the 2♥ came, and Kanme was out in 20th.
Anthony Spinella shoved for just over 5,000,000 from under the gun and Alexandros Kolonias shoved for 15,000,000 from the cutoff. Andreas Mavromoustakis was in the big blind and with around 11,000,000, he put himself at risk.

Mavromoustakis has the best of it preflop but Kolonias had a chance to send two players to the rail in one swoop if his Big Slick could win the hand.
On the 8♥9♥6♣ flop, Mavromoustakis kept his advantage and even improved to a flush draw on the Q♥ turn. No drama fell on the river as the 9♠ kept Mavromoustakis in the lead, almost tripling his stack. Spinella hit the rail, and Kolonias was left with just a few big blinds.

A 4♥ on the turn was a brick, and the 8♠ river cemented Kolonias' place on the rail.
The action was picked on the river of a board showing J♦10♥Q♦6♦3♦ and with around 4,500,000 in the pot. Lars Kamphues was first to act with just 75,000 remaining in his stack. He checked and Milad Oghabian Langar bet 600,000 from the cutoff. Daniel Thaller folded the button, but Kamphues called.

Garik Tamasian opened to 1,200,000 from the hijack and Zorlu Er shoved the small blind for 3,200,000. When it got back to Tamasian, he made the call.

Er was behind and didn't like to see the Q♠3♣2♣ flop as Tamasian picked up a flush draw. The 5♣ on the turn completed the flush and confirmed Er's elimination as the meaningless 2♠ filled out the board.
Dawid Smolka made it 1,400,000 to go from the small blind and Dmitry Kataev shoved for 8,500,000 from the big blind. Smolka snap-called.

Kataev had gotten himself in the worst possible spot preflop with king-deuce versus the Cowboys of Smolka.
There was no sweat for Smolka on the 6♣J♠8♣9♠7♥ runout, and the start of Day 3 chip leader was out in 15th place.
The action folded around to Garik Tamasian in the small blind, who took one peek at the stack to his left and shoved. Bernard Larabi was in the big blind and with around 6,500,000, he called.

Larabi was ahead and the J♠2♠2♥ flop looked good for him. However, the 5♣ turn gave Tamasian a pair and left Larabi with just one chance to hit. He couldn't find any of the cards he needed as the 10♣ rolled off on the river, sending him to the rail.
Daniel Heredi limped in from the small blind and Andreas Mavromoustakis checked from the big blind.
The flop came Q♥4♦8♦ and Heredi stabbed for 800,000, which Mavromoustakis called to the K♦ turn. Heredi then fired again for 2,400,000, and Mavromoustakis called.
When the 6♣ hit the river, Heredi checked and Mavromoustakis bet 7,000,000. Heredi had around 22,000,000 in his stack and used some extra time before he elected to call.
Mavromoustakis then showed a flush with J♦10♦, beating the K♠9♠ of Heredi.
Daniel Thaller opened from the hijack and Congya Zhang shoved for 3,200,000 from the small blind. Thaller called.
