El-Masri and El-Yaacoubi both checked, with Hanif firing 5,500 into the middle. El-Masri folded while El-Yaacoubi called.

The 5♠ turn saw El-Yaacoubi check once more, mucking his hand after Hanif moved all in for 85,000.

Yilu Yuan raised to 6,000 in the cutoff before Nichan Khorchidian three-bet to 16,500 on the button. Andrey Litvinov then four-bet to 46,000 in the small blind.

Yuan quickly folded as action went on Khorchidian. "I have two moves. Either I fold or go all in," Khorchidian said as he tanked for a minute.

"I have queen-four offsuit. How is this possible?" he added before showing Litvinov his cards and folding.

"You should go all in. You were thinking about it," tablemate Hakan Pamukcu told him.

"He's smart. He knows I'm capable of it," Khorchidian replied.

Giorgiy Skhulukhiya raised to 5,500 in the hijack and Andrei Podoksenov made the call on the button. Salah Assi defended his big blind to the K♦7♠J♥ flop.

Assi checked to Skhulukhiya, who continued for 11,000. Both Podoksenov and Assi called and the dealer flipped over the 8♥ turn.

Another check from Assi was met with a bet of 15,000 from Skhulukhiya. Both opponents called again to see the 7♣ river. Assi checked one last time.

Skhulukhiya fired a bet of 40,000, leaving just a single 1,000 chip behind. Podoksenov called while Assi folded.

Skhulukhiya tabled 10♠9♦ for a straight, taking down a nice pot as Podoksenov showed K♠Q♦ for two pair.

Kuzin turned over 6♠6♣ for a set and Mahmoud instantly mucked his cards before the dealer retrieved A♠Q♣. The inconsequential river was the 5♣ and Kuzin doubled up.
