"Go Win This Thing"; Francoeur Runs Into Konnikova's Aces in a Massive Pot

Louise Francoeur raised to 24,000 on the button before Maria Konnikova three-bet to 75,000 in the small blind. Francoeur then four-bet to 175,000 and Konnikova instantly announced all in. Francoeur took a few seconds before calling for around 700,000.

"Every time I've been on the button you've been doing that," Francoeur told Konnikova after the cards were revealed. The board ran out 10♥2♥6♥4♦J♦ and Francoeur was sent to the rail as the massive pot was pushed to Konnikova.

"Do well. Go win this thing," Francoeur told Konnikova on her way to the exit.

Yayun Liu opened from early position and was called by Ka Chun Yung in middle position.

On the Q♥9♥6♥ flop, Liu continued for 12,000 before Yung raised to 40,000. Liu decided to three-bet the flop to 80,000. Yung then jammed as the covering stack and Liu snapped it off for 280,000 effective.

Yung was ahead with his flopped set but Liu held the nut flush draw. The board ran out 10♠5♦ and Yung held on to bust Liu in a massive pot.

Carnero was ahead with top pair, while Manganaro had a flush draw. The J♥ on the turn gave Manganaro his flush to secure him the pot, while the river was the 9♦ and Manganaro doubled up.

Both players checked the Q♦ turn leading to the 4♥ river. Shin moved all in for 170,000 and Yoon folded.

It was a coinflip scenario until the 9♣8♣2♣ flop gave Tulin a set. The A♣ on the turn left Abreu drawing to chop which did not come on the 7♥ river as Tulin collected the full double.

Maria Konnikova raised to 24,000 in middle position and Nick Marchington three-bet to 72,000 in the hijack. Jonathan Tamayo then four-bet to 175,000 on the button and Konnikova moved all in.

Marchington took around 30 seconds before folding, while Tamayo burned a few of his time banks and also folded as Konnikova took the pot.

At the same time at another table, Kitty Kuo was all in for 98,000 from middle position and up against Masato Yokosawa in early position.

Masato Yokosawa: 7♥7♣

Kuo spiked an ace on the A♠J♥Q♣ flop to take the lead, while the rest of the board ran out 8♣3♥ and she doubled up.
