Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Javier Zarco raised to 20,000 under the gun and Bin Duan reraised to 47,000 on the button, leaving one chip behind. Zarco took his full allotment of time before calling, and Duan put in his last chip on the J77 flop. Zarco again took all 30 seconds.

"You have 26 seconds to tell me why you're taking so long," Thomas Boivin asked him. Zarco then explained that he was big blind next hand and would be moved if a player busted at another table. He eventually called and they turned over their cards.

Duan took the lead on the Q turn, while the river came the 7 and he doubled up. Boivin then asked the floor to come over.

"It's against the rules. You're impacting the EV of everyone else," Boivin told Zarco. The floor then told Zarco that if he continues to stall, his clock would be shortened.
