Over in the pro player territory, a big pot was brewing between Joni Jouhkimainen in the small blind and Sergei Nesterenko in the big blind.
There were already around 1,700,000 in the pot on a board of K♠K♦3♣2♣ when the rest of Nesterenko's stack of around 300,000 got in on the turn.

Eelis Parssinen opened from the cutoff and Samuli Sipila called in the big blind.
On the 2♦J♥4♠ flop, Sipila checked and Parssinen fired 45,000. Sipila then put in a raise to 160,000, which got a quick call out of Parssinen.
When the 3♠ hit the turn, both checked to the 5♥ river, where Sipila checked it over. Parssinen then bet 200,000. which was enough to earn the pot as Sipila folded.
