Guilbert Takes a Big Chunk Off Roiter Right Away

Level 6 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Matthias Lipp raised to 35,000 under the gun and Matthias Eibinger called in the hijack. Johan Guilbert, who had only just taken his seat, then three-bet to 140,000 in the cutoff, and Klemens Roiter four-bet to 280,000 on the button. Lipp and Eibinger folded, but Guilbert called.

Roiter then bet 75,000 on the A72 flop, and Guilbert came back with a raise to 205,000. Roiter called, and the 6 fell on the turn.

Both players checked to the 5 river, where Guilbert bet another 205,000. Roiter called once more, and Guilbert showed AK for top pair to win the big pot.

Jean-Robert Bellande also recently joined the field.

Rezaei Can't Contain His Laughter

Level 6 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Daniel Rezaei
Daniel Rezaei

Daniel Rezaei raised under the gun and Mikita Badziakouski defended from the big blind.

Badziakouski checked after seeing the QK9 flop, and Rezaei bet 20,000. Badziakouski check-raised to 100,000, which Rezaei called.

A 8 on the turn caused Badziakouski to check again, and Rezaei took back the betting lead by firing out for 85,000. This time, Badziakouski only called.

One final check came from Badziakouski on the 9 river, and after a few moments, Rezaei bet 375,000.

Whilst thinking it over, Badziakouski said to Rezaei, "I'm not going to fold if you start to laugh". Rezaei remained motionless.

Badziakouski used up a few more time banks before asking Rezaei, "You going to show me a bluff again?" to which Rezaei broke out in laughter.

Then Badziakouski continued with, "Imagine getting bluffed twice by the guy laughing at you", which caused Rezaei to continue laughing.

After Badziakouski used up all but one of his time banks, he reluctantly folded. Rezaei didn't show and pulled in the pot with a smile.

Mateos Jams on Unlu

Level 6 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Adrian Mateos raised to 35,000 in the cutoff before Sinan Unlu three-bet to 80,000 on the button. Mateos called, and they went heads-up to the 532 flop.

Unlu then bet 110,000 and Mateos called. Both players checked the 2 turn, and the 8 fell on the river.

Mateos pushed forward a tower of his pink 100,000 chips, enough to put Unlu all in, and Unlu instantly tossed his cards away. "Seven high?" Unlu asked Mateos, who could only laugh as he raked in the pot.
