Chmiel No More

Level 6 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

On the three-way flop of {9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, the action checked to Daniel Nietrzebka on the button and he bet 75,000. His countryman Tomasz Chmiel moved all in for 395,000 out of the big blind and Leonid Logunov in the cutoff called, as did Nietrzebka.

Both remaining active players checked down the {7-Clubs} turn and {9-Spades} river and Chmiel turned over {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for a busted flush draw. Logunov had that beat with {Q-Hearts}{Q-Spades} and Nietrzebka tabled {J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} for the slightly inferior pocket pair.

Sandsgaard Eliminated

Level 6 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

"You three-bet me with this?" Borge Sandsgaard said over to Stephen Ayres when the latter called a bet of 300,000 by Sandsgaard on the river of a board {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{4-Spades}. Sandsgaard had flipped over {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} for a pair of eights and Stephen Ayres showed {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for top pair. The dry reply of Ayres followed soon after with a "yeah, and you called with ten eight", and Sandsgaard busted shortly after.

The same table now also features Dominik Nitsche, who joined at the last possible minute.

The player in the hijack raised to 50,000, the player in the cutoff called. Joao Simao, in the small blind, raised to 250,000. The hijack folded and the cutoff called.

The flop came {j-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{4-Spades}, Simao continued with a bet of 175,000 and his opponent called.

The turn brought them the {2-Clubs}, Simao now fired off another bet but now for 275,000, his opponent called again.
