Pardo Below Starting Stack

Level 4 : 400/800, 800 ante

Three players saw a flop of {8-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{5-Spades}. Juan Pardo and another player both checked and a third player bet 2,000. The small blind folded and Juan Pardo check-raised to 7,000. His opponent called.

Pardo bet 14,700 on the {7-Diamonds} turn and his opponent called again. After a short tank, Pardo and his opponent both checked the {a-Diamonds} river and Pardo showed {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for king-high and a missed flush draw.

His opponent showed {9-Clubs}{9-Spades} and took down the pot.

Aces vs Kings Sends Tsang and Marquez in Opposite Directions

Level 4 : 400/800, 800 ante
Anson Tsang
Anson Tsang

Anson Tsang raised it up from under the gun and Ana Marquez three-bet to 9,000 just a couple of seats over. The action folded back to Tsang who stuck in a four-bet to 28,000. Marquez five-bet jammed all in and Tsang instantly called off his stack of 95,300.

Anson Tsang: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Ana Marquez: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

It was a cooler hand in which both players were always getting their chips in the middle. The board ran out {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{9-Spades}{q-Spades} and Marquez sent a double up towards Tsang.

Coleman Returns to Starting Stack

Level 3 : 300/700, 700 ante

David Coleman had a rough start to the day but things quickly turned around for him and he has recovered to a starting stack. Coleman raised to 1,700 in middle position and was called by the button and big blind.

The flop fell {10-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and the big blind checked to Coleman who continued for 2,100. The button called and the big blind got out of the way. The turn brought the {6-Clubs} and Coleman fired out another 6,200. His opponent raised to 18,000 and Coleman still called.

The river was the {8-Diamonds} and both players tapped the table. Coleman whipped over {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for top pair and his opponent sent his cards to the muck.
