Czuczor Pushes Muehloecker Off

Level 2 : 300/600, 600 ante

Marton Czuczor opened to 1,500 in early position and was called by Noah Schwartz in the cutoff along with the small blind. Thomas Muehloecker three-bet to 8,000 in the big blind and Czuczor called.

The flop came {9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Muehloecker continued for 6,000. Czuczor called and the {8-Clubs} paired the board on the turn. Both players checked and the {10-Spades} hit the river. Muehloecker checked again and Czuczor fired out a bet of 32,000 which got Muehloecker to lay his hand down.

Simunic Makes a Big Call to Double Up

Level 2 : 300/600, 600 ante
Josip Simunic
Josip Simunic

Picking up the action on the turn with the board reading {8-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Clubs}, Josip Simunic led out for 11,000 from the big blind into a pot of around 12,000. His opponent called from the hijack and the {4-Hearts} completed the board.

Simunic tossed in another bet of 26,400 only to have his opponent move all in. Simunic was put to the test for his remaining stack and he thought for a minute before making the call for his stack of 64,200. His opponent turned over {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} but it was no good against the {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs} of Simunic.

Mustafov Puts Kaverman to the Test

Level 2 : 300/600, 600 ante

After an open to 1,600, Byron Kaverman three-bet to 5,000. Fahredin Mustafov then four-bet to 14,500 and the initial raiser folded. Kaverman called and then check-called 9,000 into a pot of 32,000 on the {3-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop.

The pair both checked the {5-Spades} turn and the river was the {4-Spades}. Kaverman checked for the third time and Mustafov moved all in for 73,800.

For a shove in the second level, Kaverman gave it some thought before eventually folding.

Spinella Flops the Best

Level 2 : 300/600, 600 ante

There was a raise from under the gun and Anthony Spinella called in the cutoff along with the big blind. The flop came {9-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs} and the big blind started with a check. The preflop raiser continued for 1,600 and both Spinella and the big blind called.

The turn was the {6-Clubs} and the action checked to Spinella this time who bet 6,000. Only the big blind called and the {10-Clubs} completed the board. Both players knuckled the table and the big blind tabled {a-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} only to have Spinella show {k-Spades}{9-Spades} for the best hand.

Jiang Moves All In

Level 1 : 200/500, 500 ante

In a three-bet pot, the dealer fanned the flop of {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{8-Clubs} across the felt. With around 10,000 in the middle already, the big blind led out for 3,600 and Sosia Jiang called in early position.

The turn was the {5-Diamonds} and the big blind fired out another 6,900. Jiang still called and the {9-Clubs} completed the board. The big blind unleashed a third barrel of 13,000 but Jiang finally took a stand as she shipped all in for 82,800. Her opponent thought for a minute but decided to let his hand go.

Former English Premier League footballer Jimmy Kebe bet 3,000 on a {7-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} turn and his opponent raised in position to 7,000. Kebe then three-bet to 20,000 and his opponent called.

After a lengthy think on the {6-Diamonds} river, Kebe checked and his opponent quickly checked behind.

Kebe turned over {a-Spades}{k-Clubs} and his opponent showed {q-Clubs}{q-Spades} and won the pot.
