One of the events on the 2013 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure schedule is Event No. 10, the PokerStars Zoom Challenge. This event has a buy-in of $1,000+25, but has a very fun, unique format to it.
Like all other events, all a player needs to do is head down to the registration room, buy in and receive his or her ticket. From there, you take that ticket to the PokerStars Player Lounge here at the PCA. In the player lounge, you will receive a Zoom Mobile Device to play with.
Each player begins with 20,000 in chips and will be playing on the mobile device against random opponents, but not those who signed up for the event. Each player goes through a 12-minute session where they try to run up their 20,000 to the highest amount possible. At the end of the event, all players will be ranked according to how many chips they build up.
The event boasts a $50,000 guarantee, but just person the start of Day 2 in the Main Event, only one person had signed up. That's one heck of an overlay, and one you should get your hands on!
David Peters got his short stack all in preflop holding 
and was racing against the 
of Daniel Dvoress. The 
flop was kind to Peters as it failed to help Dvoress, and the 
did the same. The river ended up blanking and Peters received a much-needed double, though he is still short with about half the chip average.
Despite losing that hand, Dvoress has still had a prosperous Level 10.

We found 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event champion Joe Cada heads up in a pot where the board read 
. Cada's opponent checked to him and the PokerStars Team Pro fired out 10,000.
Cada's opponent went into the tank for about a minute before finally tossing out a call. Cada rolled over 
for rivered trips and his opponent flung his cards away. Cada is now boasting a stack of about 75,000.

Not long ago we told you a bit about comedian Gerry Dee, who was representing PokerStars here at the PCA. Unfortunately, we just saw a dejected Dee make a hasty exit from the tournament floor. A quick check of his seat confirms that he has been eliminated from the tournament.

Over at the secondary feature table, Simon Charette opened for 2,200 from the under-the-gun position and received a call from Jeremy Kottler in middle position. Phil Hellmuth, who is playing in his first-ever PCA Main Event, came along from the big blind, and three players took a flop of

Hellmuth was first to act and wasted little time in leading out for 2,500, only Charette called, and the dealer burned and turned the . This time Hellmuth slowed down with a check, and Charette took the opportunity to bet 4,000.
"Ok, buddy," Hellmuth said before folding. "I'll let you steal another one."
