Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

The board read {J-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{K-Spades}{7-Hearts} and it looked like there were 8,100 chips in the middle when we got to the table. Christopher Kruk checked from under the gun and Luc Greenwood bet 5,000 from the button, Kruk called and Greenwood tabled {J-Spades}{J-Hearts} for a flopped set of jacks. Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante
Vladimir Troyanovskiy
Vladimir Troyanovskiy

With around 3,000 in the pot and the flop reading {k-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Spades}, three players checked to the {6-Diamonds} on the turn. Daniel Dvoress led out for 1,300 from the big blind and Vladimir Troyanovskiy raised to 3,800 in early position. Ben Heath called on the button and Dvoress came along as well.

The river double-paired the board with the {2-Diamonds} and Dvoress checked. Troyanovskiy made a sizeable bet of 11,300 which Heath called. Dvoress thought for his entire 30 seconds before announcing a fold. Troyanovskiy turned over {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs} for quad deuces and Heath was forced to muck his cards.

The Ol' Aces Versus Kings

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

After a preflop open, Dylan Linde three-bet to 2,200 on the cutoff. Vladimir Troyanovskiy four-bet out of the small blind making it 6,100 and Linde flatted. The flop came down {8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{7-Clubs} and Troyanovskiy led with a bet of 5,000. Linde called.

The {9-Clubs} fell on the turn and Troyanovskiy checked. Linde moved all in for about 19,000 and after a couple timebank chips were needed, Troyanovskiy made the call.

Linde: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Troyanovskiy: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

The {7-Hearts} completed the board and sent the pot towards the Russian and Linde towards the rail.

Kamhazi Pulls Off a Bluff

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

Jonathan Kamhazi opened to 1,100 from the cutoff and Jonathan Jaffe three-bet to 3,500 out of the big blind. Kamhazi called and the flop came {q-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Clubs}. Jaffe led out for 1,800 and Kamhazi raised to 7,200. Jaffe called and the {q-Diamonds} fell on the turn.

Jaffe checked to Kamhazi who fired another 8,200. Jaffe called just as his time clock reached zero and the {2-Clubs} completed the board.

Jaffe checked again and Kamhazi shipped all in, putting Jaffe at risk for his last 26,700 chips should he make the call. He thought for a brief moment and then slid his cards to the muck. Kamhazi showed the {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} with a big grin on his face, happily showing the bluff.

Hobbs Doubles Through Potashnik

Level 2 : 100/200, 200 ante

There was a substantial pot of about 38,000 already brewing and the board read {Q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{8-Clubs} when we got to the table. Bryan Potashnik checked from the big blind and Kevin Hobbs jammed from the hijack for 29,500. Potashnik had Hobbs covered by a very narrow margin and called.

Hobbs: {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Potashnik: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}

Potashnik held top pair, top kicker but found himself trailing Hobbs's overpair. The {8-Diamonds} river changed nothing, so Hobbs took the pot to leave Potashnik with crumbs.

Tollerene Making a Comeback

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

The board read {q-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs} and the action was on Kevin Hobbs in middle position. Hobbs made a bet of 3,900 into a pot of around 6,500. Ben Tollerene called on the button and Sam Greenwood folded from the big blind.

The river was the {k-Spades} and Hobbs pushed a stack of chips into the middle, more than the 5,300 chips Tollerene had remaining. Tollerene quickly made the call and Hobbs turned over {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs} for the nut flush. However, Tollerene revealed {q-Spades}{8-Spades} for a full house and is starting his comeback after losing a big pot to Ari Engel earlier on.

Badziakouski Takes from Linde

Level 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

There were 11,000 chips in the middle and the board read {K-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} when we got to the table. Mikita Badziakouski checked from middle position and Dylan Linde bet 4,000 from the cutoff. Badziakouski called.

The turn brought the {A-Hearts} and Badziakouski checked. Linde bet 9,000, and after using one time bank slip, Badziakouski called.

The {J-Clubs} fell on the river and Badziakouski checked. Linde checked behind and Badziakouski quickly tabled {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}. His flopped set was good, as Linde tossed his cards into the muck, and Badziakouski took the pot.
