Murata check-shoved for 169,000 when facing a bet of 38,000 by Urbanovich and the latter used one time bank before making the call.

Eder Takashi Murata: {Q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Dzmitry Urbanovich: {K-Spades}{3-Diamonds}

The {9-Clubs} river failed to improve Morata and he was ousted in 41st place.

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Blind-on-blind, Daniel Strelitz and Jeff Hakim went to war on a {Q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} flop, on which Hakim ended up all in and at risk for 292,000, having raised from 15,000 to 50,000 and calling the push of Strelitz.

Jeff Hakim: {K-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
Daniel Strelitz: {7-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

The {A-Spades} turn and {K-Clubs} river failed to improve Strelitz, securing the double for Hakim.

Wellenbach Gets Some More

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Scott Clements opened first to act and was called by Scott Wellenbach and Joao Simao in the big blind. On a flop of {K-Clubs}{10-Spades}{2-Clubs}, Clements made it 40,000 to go after Simao had checked to him and Wellenbach raised to 130,000. Simao quickly got out of the way, but Clements called.

On the {A-Clubs} turn, Clements checked and Wellenbach moved all in to claim the pot uncontested.

Lew's Run Comes to an End

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Randy Lew
Randy Lew

After losing the big hand, Randy Lew folded almost the entire orbit and moved all in for 6,000 first to act. Ami Barer on the button raised to 21,000 and Maria Ho called from the big blind. Ho check-called a bet on the {J-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop and check-folded the {2-Spades} turn to a second barrel worth 41,000 by Barer.

Randy Lew: {7-Diamonds}{6-Spades}
Ami Barer: {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The river was the blank {3-Hearts} and Lew's run in the 2019 PCA Main Event came to an end.

Azzaro Can't Dodge Bullets

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Michael Azzaro shoved all in with a short stack after Danny Tang had opened, and the latter called it off. Azzaro held {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts} but Tang flipped {A-Clubs}{A-Hearts} open, covering both of Azzaro's flush draws as well.

The {5-Hearts}{A-Spades}{6-Spades} flop made it even harder for Azzaro and it officially ended after the {9-Clubs} turn, making him the 44th place finisher.

Nanonoko Left With Dust

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Maria Ho limped in on the button, Randy Lew shoved all in for 192,000 from the small blind, Pierre Calamusa used up two time banks before calling all in for 186,000 from the big blind, and Ho got out of the way.

Randy Lew: {A-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}
Pierre Calamusa: {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}

The {J-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop was of no help to the Team PokerStars Ambassador, but the {10-Spades} turn gave him two additional kings as outs to go with his aces. The {5-Hearts} on the river was a brick and "nanonoko" was left with a mere 6,000, not even a full big blind.

Brutal Rollercoaster for Clinkscales; Zinno Also Out

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

Poker can be a cruel game at times, and Rex Clinkscales just experienced how close the highs and lows can be. In the first of two hands, it was Anthony Zinno that opened from middle position and Clinkscales who defended his big blind with {K-Spades}{7-Hearts}.

The {7-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop was fantastic for Clinkscales and he check-raised a 25,000 bet from Zinno to 55,000. Zinno pushed all in for 247,000 with {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} and Clinkscales called. The turn {K-Diamonds} and river {K-Clubs} kept the American grinder ahead and Zinno was gone. Clinkscales stacked up all of Zinno's chips and rose to 555,000 in the process.

One hand later, though, all of those chips flew into in the middle. Clinkscales, now in the small blind, got involved in a preflop raising war with Scott Wellenbach on the button. Clinkscales was the one to put in the final shove and Wellenbach was reluctant.

"Oh God, I have to call," he said.

When he did and the dust had settled, there was a 1M+ pot with the following showdown.

Rex Clinkscales: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}
Scott Wellenbach: {K-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

The {5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{9-Clubs}{A-Spades}{8-Spades} board provided no help for Clinkscales and just like that, he was standing next to the man he just busted on the rail.

Nanonineko Doubles

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Randy Lew
Randy Lew

Randy "nanonoko" Lew was all in for 99,000 and in need of help, as Ami Barer had the dominating ace heading into the showdown.

Randy Lew: {A-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Ami Barer: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}

The board came {9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and Lew doubled. Pocket nines already played a pivotal role earlier in the event as he was dominated and hit a nine to remain in contention. Whether or not he will change his online nickname to "nanonineko" remains to be seen.
