Action was picked up with Stephen Chidwick all in for roughly 325,000 and Eric Blair putting him at risk.
Stephen Chidwick: 2♠2♦
Eric Blair: Q♠Q♣
Chidwick would need lots of help to stay alive, but he could not find any once the board ran out 3♦10♥10♦10♠A♣ to give the pot to Blair, as Chidwick quickly left the tournament area.
In a heads-up pot between the blinds, Stephen Chidwick bet 50,000 on the flop of 4♠2♠J♥ and Aaron Kupin called.
Both players then checked on the A♥ turn. Chidwick checked again on the 7♥ river and Kupin bet 150,000. Chidwick laid it down.
Hand-for-hand play is underway with eight players remaining and six places paid.
A short-stacked Adam Hendrix was all in with Andrew Lichtenberger putting him at risk.
Adam Hendrix: Q♥9♥
Andrew Lichtenberger: A♦K♠
Hendrix would need to improve to stay in the tournament, but when the board ran out J♣A♥K♣5♠2♠ it was Lichtenberger who improved to a pair of kings to give him the pot and knock out Hendrix.
Adam Hendrix was all in for around 200,000 against Aaron Kupin to his left.
Adam Hendrix: Q♥10♥
Aaron Kupin: A♣8♥
Hendrix took the lead on the flop of 5♠Q♦4♣ and the Q♣ turn sealed the deal before the 2♥ river confirmed a double for him.
Chad Eveslage raised to 50,000 from the button with 10♦8♦, and was called by the big blind John Riordan with 9♥7♣.
The flop came 10♠10♥J♦ and Riordan, who flopped a straight draw check-called a bet of 35,000 from Eveslage who flopped trips.
The turn was the 10♣ which gave Eveslage quads. However, he could not get any more action out Riordan, who check-folded to the 150,000 bet from Eveslage, giving him the pot.
