Becker Is an "Anachronism"

Level 5 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Jeremy Becker is taking some ribbing from the table over his lack of tech-savviness, including not owning any cryptocurrency or having Paypal and Coinbase accounts.

"Do you know what the word anachronism means," asked Landon Tice. "You don't really fit in with these times."

"If you want to come over, open my laptop, and set it all up, be my guest."

Shortly after, Tice opened on the button and Becker called in the big blind before check-calling a bet on the flop of 2K3. Becker check-called again on the 7 turn and both players checked on the 8 river.

Becker announced that he had the "Paul Pierce" with 3x4x, but Tice had him beat with Q7 for a pair of sevens.

Landon Tice was involved in yet another set over set confrontation, but he was on the wrong end of things this time around.

Justin Vaysman doubled up through Tice holding 88 against the 55 of Tice as chips got in on the river. The board had already been washed, but it showed an eight and a five on the flop.

Just an hour ago, Tice flopped a set of aces to crush the flopped set of threes of Doug Lee.
