Who Will Capture the Title in Event #5: $10,000 NLH?
Can one of the young guns ride the chip lead to victory? Or will one of the grizzly veterans have something to say before it's all said and done? Those are the questions to be answered at the final table of Event #5: $10,000 NLH at the PokerGO Cup inside the PokerGO Studio in Las Vegas. With just six players remaining to fight for the title, it is still anyone's tournament to win.
A field of 69 entries has been dwindled to the final table of six, ready to battle it out under the lights. Landon Tice will be returning with the chip lead and 3,115,000 chips but will be closely followed by Michael Berk with 2,610,000 chips. The two youngest players in the field sit at the top of the leaderboard but they will have their hands full with plenty of experience trying to run them down.
The likes of Sean Winter, Chris Hunichen, and Sam Laskowitz will enter the final table on the short stacks but they have the experience and the poker resumes to back them up. All three players have multi-millions in career tournament winnings and this would just be another check mark on their list. Rounding out the field is the "poker doctor" Qinghai Pan who sits in the middle of the pack with 1,250,000 chips.

The cards will be going in the air live at 11:45 a.m. PST at the start of level 18 with the blinds at 25,000/50,000 and a 50,000 big blind ante. The levels will be 40 minutes in length; however, can be adjusted by the tournament director when just three players remain. They will try to get this event completed as quickly as possible since there is another $10,000 buy-in starting at 12 p.m. today as well.
Most of the $690,000 prizepool is still up for grabs with each player guaranteed at least $37,950 thus far. However, they will all have their sights set on that top prize of $207,000, the PokerGO Cup trophy, and the number of points that come with it.
