Wedding Bells?

"I got chips, bro!"
"I got chips, bro!"
Ozzie Yildiz has doubled up to over 500,000 in chips over at the featured TV table.

On a board of {K-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}, Con Angelakis checked to Ozzie Yildiz, who fired out 70,000. Angelakis moved all in instantly and Ozzie tanked briefly before he annnounced, "I call." He tabled {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. Angelakis showed {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}. The turn card was the {2-Clubs} and the river was the {3-Hearts}, giving Ozzie the nut flush.

Earlier today, Yildiz announced that if he cashed for over $10,000 (or making it to the final two tables) he would propose to his girlfriend, Angelica. With over twice the average stack, he is certainly a lock to go very deep and afford the engagement ring.

Augusto Silva Eliminated in 39th Place ($4,790)

Augusto Silva moved all in for 84,500. Hyo Sun Son quickly called from the button. Silva exposed his hand thinking that they were heads up. He tabled the {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}. Will Cacuzza and Sam Khouiss were the blinds and had not yet acted. Cacuzza folded and Khouiss went into the tank. He eventually folded {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} face up. Hyo Sun Son flipped over {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}. The flop was {J-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. The turn was the {J-Clubs} and Khouiss slammed his fist on the table, because he would have turned trips and busted both players. The river was the {10-Hearts}. Son won the pot and busted Silva in 39th place.

Silva has had a ton of bad luck ever since he left his home country of Portugal. The online qualifier from Gnuf Poker had to fly from Portugal to London. Then London to Hong Kong. Then Hong Kong to L.A. and then finally L.A. to Melbourne, Australia. Not only did his travel agent botch up his flights... he also lost his lugagge and the airline took three days to find it. That's not all. He forgot that last night was Daylight Savings time in Australia and he showed up to the tournament one hour late. He got blinded down to 1,200 in chips when he eventually arrived. But he managed to hang on and make the money. This was a memorable trip to Australia for sure for Augusto Silva.

Michael Dunworth = Bubble Boy
