Uharcek Doubles Through Kauer

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Christoph Kauer limped in middle position. The player on the button raised to 4,500 and the small blind three-bet to 17,000. Marian Uharcek was in the big blind and he four-bet all in for 57,800. With the action back on Kauer he five-bet all in for a little under 80,000.

The button and small blind both folded.

Kauer: {q-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Uharcek: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{3-Clubs} giving Uharcek the lead. One of Kauer's Queens was also dead, as Uharcek waggled the {a-Clubs} on the felt. The turn was the {9-Clubs} giving Uharcek the flush and the double up. To add insult to injury, the river was the {q-Clubs} giving Kauer a set, but he was already pushing forward his chips for his opponent's double up.

Misztela Doubles

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Przemyslaw Misztela faced a raise to 3,600 and two callers in Oldrich Travnicek and Julius Wuyts. Misztela moved all in from the button for 35,900 and the initial raiser reshoved to force folds from Travnicek and Wuyts.

Misztela had a flip with {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts} versus {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades} and held up after the board ran out {10-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. "I had ace queen of hearts," Travnicek said while the Pole raked in the pot.

Kabrhel Busts Twice

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

The last level to register has seen the field whittled down to fewer than half the hopefuls and Martin Kabrhel busted twice in quick succession. He has one last bullet, though, and will be back shortly with a fresh stack of 30,000.

Below are further assorted counts from level 11.

KEKO Gets Chopped Up

Level 11 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

Zurab Ejibia was all in for his last 8,200 and was called by Jaroslav Mandik and Mario Heissmann. The active players checked down the {Q-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Spades}{8-Diamonds} board and Ejibia showed {A-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. Mandik had {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Heissmann won the pot with {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}.

KEKO's next attempt resulted in an action-loaded hand that saw him shove into two opponents. Waldemar Eckstein and Patrick Combier were the other two players and showed {A-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} respectively {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}. KEKO had two live cards with {Q-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and saw the board run out {K-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}.

A Big Double for Novak

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

The cards of Onur Kazgan were already in the muck while Daniel Novak in the big blind doubled for 49,200 with the {K-Clubs}{2-Clubs} on a board of {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades}.

One hand later, Bahman raised to 3,700 and Novak called from the small blind. Magic Man 558 defended the big blind and the flop came {K-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{2-Spades}. All players checked through before action checked to Bahman on the {3-Clubs} turn. Bahman's bet of 4,000 was called by Novak only and the {J-Hearts} river was checked.

Novak showed {8-Spades}{8-Hearts} and Bahman mucked {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}.

Gairing Doubles Through Targa

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante
Petr Targa
Petr Targa

Petr Targa raised to 2,500 from under the gun and Stephen Gairing three-bet to 7,000 from the button. The blinds folded and Targa called.

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Clubs} and Targa check-called a bet of 6,000 from his opponent. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and both players checked.

The river brought the {j-Hearts} and Targa bet 8,500. Gairing wasted no time in moving all in for 11,300 and Targa called, but seemed not too happy about it.

Gairing showed {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} for a rivered straight, and Targa's {a-Spades}{5-Spades} headed straight to the muck.

Kabrhel Joins the Field

Level 10 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Martin Kabrhel sat down at the start of the level with his usual hippo as card protector. Two players limped in and Kabrhel shoved from the big blind to claim the pot uncontested.

Willem de Jong looked up a short stack for some 10 big blinds with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} versus {A-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} and got there on the board of {8-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{3-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} to score the knockout.
