Klam Takes a Hit

Twitch streamer Niklas Ehrenholz hasn't had the best of starts and dropped some chips early on while Do Tran and Johnny Hansen on his table moved up slightly. The same table also features Karim Rebei, Nijat Ramadani and Stephan Klam and the latter two were involved in an interesting hand just now.

Klam raised to 350 and Ramadani three-bet to 1,000 in the small blind, Klam called from the cutoff. On the flop, Ramadani checked and called a bet of 750 before the duo checked the on the turn. After the river, Ramadani bet 2,500 and Klam called.

Ramadani rolled over the for the ace-high straight and Klam mucked for the inferior straight.

Fama Takes the Chip Lead

Hansen Takes from Rebei

Until the river of a board , there were already 7,500 chips in the middle and Karim Rebei checked in the small blind. His sole opponent Johnny Hansen bet 4,000 from late position and Rebei folded. "Do you want to see one?" Hansen offered and Rebei nodded, he was shown the for a straight.

Ayoub Bests Balinca With Quads

Erjat Balinca took a small hit to the stack not long ago when he squeezed to 2,600 and folded to a reraise to 6,850.

Soon after he was involved in yet another pot from the small blind, having called a raise to 800 by Jules Ayoub in the cutoff along with one further player. Balinca was the only one to check-call a bet of 2,000 on the flop and did so again on the turn for an unknown amount.

The river completed the board and Balinca led for 3,200, Ayoub raised to 12,000 and was called to turn over for quads.

Schneiders Takes His Seat

PokerStars Team Online member, Felix Schneiders, has taken his seat at the table where Francesco Fama doubled up earlier to jump into the chip lead.

Schneiders had said earlier: "I'm excited to see the first PokerStars Festival ever held in Germany. And I'm expecting this event will attract many players. I'm especially hyped to have a chance to meet up with members of the German poker community. It's not often that I get to play live poker in the country I have grown up, so I'm really looking forward to playing in the €500,000 guaranteed Main Event."

He has someone following him with a camera so it looks like he will be posting a video of his experience here in Hamburg on his Youtube channel.

Scarella Busts to Krist

Holke's Hopes Crushed

Tom Holke raised to 1,100 from the under-the-gun position, Esad Omerbasic called from the hijack, as did Hermann Behrens in the small blind.

The flop came , Behrens checked, Holke bet 2,500, Omerbasic called, Behrens raised to 7,000. Holke shoved for 22,900, Omerbasic called with 21,000 behind. Behrens called with the biggest stack, having them both covered.
